Driver side headlight out. Called at 3:30 Friday. No service appointments available, but told to come ASAP.. Many other lights also out. All fixed! Thanks!!!

Excellent customer service. Easy steps, sales rep is just the best. Arnaldo you are the man. From all other Toyota dealers they beat the price by almost $2000 Not to mention free remote starter and 20 year power train warranty. Will definitely go back

Great scheduled 40K Service
It is so convenient to schedule the service on line and then be greeted by your service adviser. I waited at Boch while the service was performed. Required service was performed as expected within 90 minutes.

Way to long of an appointment for a simple oil change
Simple oil change 90 minutes completely unacceptable, went to find the guy I checked in with he looked up at me and say oh you need an air filter and a cabin filter which I told him I would do it myself , he forgot to come find me and ask if I wanted it done so I probably would have been there longer if I didn’t ask. I usually go to valvoline for oil changed but you guys were having a good sale price on synthetic. My time is to valuable I’ll be going back to valvoline for oil changes

The hard sell.
My wife came with me to buy the car. She is Russian and has no shame so when she says $250 a month only, there is no convincing her otherwise. Our car salesman Joe had his work cut out for him straight off the bat. Fair play to him, instead of treating us like trash, as Prime Motors did to us, ten years ago, (We have never been back to them since, and she said $225 a month then also !), he did his best, treated us with respect and we did eventually come to a deal. It was $275 a month but I got a great car and I am happy with it. Boch was the first and only place we went to. In the future, Boch will still be the only place we will go to for our future car needs because one remembers being treated with respect long after the deal is done. Thank you Joe, you are a gentleman, you didn’t make too much money out of us but maybe next time you will. You are our first and only choice.
