Electrical system malfunction

Very attentive and always on time. Cars are complicated today and it requires specialized training which the repairmen at Viti have and are very courteous to their customers.

Scheduled Service

My car needed routine service and as usual completely satisfied. Bud is the best in the business, he gets the cars picked up and delivered when promised, calls to discuss unexpected items found and the cost to repair and when you receive the car, it's clean and running perfectly. Don't call anyone else for service.

Annual Routine Service of my 3 year old Mercedes

I've never seen their facility! They simply schedule a day, pick up my car, drop off a loner and a day or 2 later do the reverse. The process is as easy as the quality and follow-up is great. The perfect social distancing service!

Excellent Service

Ray Machado was excellent very informative. He explained about the tires and why they should be replaced. He was also detailed about the windshield replacement. Timing was exceptional with start and completion of work.
