Great Service
Brought my car in for a service advisory for the power steering bolt replacements last week. Excellent service all around. Very pl;eased with the service advisor, Ray Machado, and the entire service crew.

Repairs on vehicle
I had a problem with my CD player so I brought to Viti..they ordered a new one 2 days later,also a soft wear update..my car was under warranty..great service highly recommend

So, I gave Viti Mercedes-Benz 1 star based on non-stop...
So, I gave Viti Mercedes-Benz 1 star based on non-stop constant issues that I’ve had with them from the moment that I called in to inquire about the E350 that I purchased (plus NO stars wasn’t an option). But before I continue on, I think that it’s important to make note that EVERY single time that someone has left a less than favorable review, Viti’s only response is excuse the behavior & poor customer service that people are complaining about without EVER actually taking any accountability whatsoever. This practice in itself shows exactly what the common business practices are at Viti (blame the customer & maintain the “idea” that Viti can do NO wrong). It’s embarrassing. Whatever happened to actually wanting to please the customer by doing everything in your power to leave the customer feeling pleased & confident about their purchase...? What a shame...!!! I think that it’s about time to notify the Upper Management of all the issues that I have been having with your dealership. #1) The first guy that I spoke with was so abrasive & pushy that I hung up with him & requested to deal with a different sales associate to make my purchase. • He was rude, arrogant & offensive. He was trying to make it seem like I was trying to get something for nothing, despite already securing over $30k worth of financing. The car I actually wanted was only $16k... #2) I specifically asked for the sunroof to be checked & for the rear sunshade to be checked for the purpose of confirming that they were in proper working order. • You guys blatantly went out of your way to deceive me by telling me that the sunroof & the rear sunshade work perfectly, as it should. Now either A) you guys knew that it was messed up & you specifically chose to lie to me -OR- b) the person who said that they checked it chose to be lazy & blow me off, which also shows that you guys specifically chose to lie to me. #3) You guys knew ahead of time that the rims that are currently on the vehicle, we’re not the same rims that were advertised within your listing (AMG 18” rims). •Once again, you guys blatantly went out of your way to deceive me by advertising that this vehicle had the sport package, with 18 inch AMG rims. #4) You guys knew ahead of time that the driver side visor was broken to the point where it wasn’t functional & actually caused a safety hazard when in use by having the flip up mirror cover dangle in the driver’s line of sight. •This equates to you guys operating & showing a clear willingness to specifically go out of your way to sell broken, non-functional equipment that specifically poses a safety risk to the driver. #5) I very specifically informed every single person that I spoke with that I already secured financing & that I did NOT want my credit to be ran for the purposes of receiving financing. • Despite informing every person that I spoke with, from the sales associate to the finance associate & all the way to the management that I spoke with, telling them verbally & via e-mail that I already secured financing & that they specifically did NOT have my permission to run my credit for the purpose of obtaining financing, they completely disregarded what I had to say, as they blew me off & chose to knowingly & willingly break the law by running my credit through 5 or 6 different financing companies. All in all, after only requesting for you guys to fix the essential & blatantly broken parts of this car & provide me with what was advertised as being included with the merchandise that I purchased (18” AMG rims), yet still being nickel & dimed, as I get constant pushback left & right, I am now going to take the responsible & justified course of action by working my way up the chain of command so that I can notify your superiors of the way that I’m being treated... We do not think it would be appropriate to rebut your comments with the facts as it would require us to disclose personal details about your transaction. Once again, the best that you guys at Viti Mercedes-Benz actually have to offer is to some how attempt to bring the focus to the “idea” that the customer is wrong by saying things like: “it was evident that our Sales Management team made every effort to satisfy your needs and correct the minor issues that you stated needed attention”, along with “we are going to choose to not comment on the remainder of the details from your review as it was filled with opinions and inconsistencies pertaining to the actual details of what transpired”. What a horrible joke. So let’s start with the first of your meaningless rebuttals of: “it was evident that our Sales Management team made every effort to satisfy your needs and correct the minor issues that you stated needed attention”. This is simply untrue because of how one of the items that I brought to your sales team’s attention was the fact that you guys advertised this vehicle as coming with the “Sport Package” & you guys even advertised this vehicle as being equipped with 18” AMG rims, of which it clearly was NOT. Taking this into consideration, you guys actually did NOT make “every effort to satisfy“ my needs or correct the minor issues that I stated needed attention. On top of this point, I don’t think that selling a consumer a vehicle which poses a safety concern (i.e. driver side visor mirror cover dangling directly in the line of vision) is “minor” at all & neither is having a panoramic sunroof that’s non-functional. Now for the second point of your rebuttal: “we are going to choose to not comment on the remainder of the details from your review as it was filled with opinions and inconsistencies pertaining to the actual details of what transpired”. Exactly what do you find “opinionated”? And exactly what “inconsistencies” are you speaking of? The fact of the matter is that you guys blatantly lied to me, knowingly & willfully deceiving me without cause or justification. When I specifically asked about the sunroof & rear sun shade, you guys specifically told me that you would get back to me after you guys went out to check them. Then, I got an e-mail stating that they were both in working order, when the fact of the matter is that the sunroof was NOT. This is not an “inconsistency” or an “opinion”. And what about the issue that I mentioned about: #5) I very specifically informed every single person that I spoke with that I already secured financing & that I did NOT want my credit to be ran for the purposes of receiving financing. • Despite informing every person that I spoke with, from the sales associate to the finance associate & all the way to the management that I spoke with, telling them verbally & via e-mail that I already secured financing & that they specifically did NOT have my permission to run my credit for the purpose of obtaining financing, they completely disregarded what I had to say, as they blew me off & chose to knowingly & willingly break the law by running my credit through 5 or 6 different financing companies. I have the emails to prove my claims, along with the print out of everything that your listing for this vehicle specified. And yet you have the audacity to argue & once again make it seem like the customer (ME) is to blame for your immoral business practices. You should be ashamed of yourself. By the way, I left a message on your phone asking you personally to call me back & you made the choice not to do so. But hey, I’m sure you were just busy, too busy to listen to the valid points & concerns that I had to share. After thinking about it, I guess if I were you, I wouldn’t want to listen about how your business BREAKS federal law either. It’s appalling to think that you would be so willing & eager to blow me off without even so much as attempting to seek an acceptable resolution to the valid complaints & concerns that I have. So, as I stated in my initial review, I will make my way up the chain of command (all the way to the owner if needed) to make sure that everyone knows about the harsh treatment that you guys subject your customers to. Outstanding visit - as usual!
As I've come to expect, this was an excellent service experience. This was the first scheduled visit for our GLA45, but our 2013 GLK350 has been serviced by Viti since new. Russell Machado, our service advisor, is always great to work with, and the back of the dealership crew always delivers a clean, properly serviced car. I always enjoy a complimentary coffee when I drop-off and pick-up my car, and this time I even caught donut Friday! Thanks for the Ma's Donuts!

Excellent Service as Always
As usual, great service. Susan McDermott is excellent and always great at helping to schedule pickup/drop-off as well as keeping me informed throughout the repair process. Car came back spotless after they did a final wash as well and I'm really picky. Definitely the best dealership I've ever dealt with over the years...
