Originally went in for 5k mile oil change and tire

Originally went in for 5k mile oil change and tire rotation which resulted in a vibration after, two more visits later I was told I needed new tires on my six month old (10k mile) jeep. No answers why, denied there was a vibration (they didn’t even test drive it to the speed of complaint, the jeep app showed the trip history). Zero help on getting it resolved, told to call jeep care which went no where.

Sadly it was time to trade my truck. This time I bought 2025 Jeep Grand cherokee. It is a great car. The buying experience was great.i wanted fog lights installed.
