I arrived at 10:15 for 10 :45 oil change. They came out...
I arrived at 10:15 for 10 :45 oil change. They came out at 10:55. I was told it would me 1 hour and 45 min.. I visited with Reagie to noon. Checked on status. They had not brought my vet in. It was an half hour when they drove it in . Had not started the oil change. Check on it at 2 they were out of oil. Waited 55 min. for shop manager to get 3 quarts short. My car finished at 3 pm. They lost my car keys so I waited 15 min.. Inspected my car . The hood was not closed completely. There was 2 streams of oil dripping down my passenger finder. Had finger prints all over top of the finder. They brocked the area were they had parked my vette. Their service personnel kept parking trucks and cars getting out of them leaving them in front of me. Seeing I was trying to leave and ignored me even when I was pulled partial out .

After a second attempt for help trying to get a defect...
After a second attempt for help trying to get a defect repaired on my vehicle I contacted Mr. Brandon Colon (I believe he is the Service Department Director). He understood the nature of my situation and assisted me with no hesitation. He immediately set me up with service the next day. Paul Jarrell from the service department took care of me throughout the entire process. I am truly greatful and appreciative of the great customer service from Mr. Colon, Mr. Jarrell and the Service Department.

Service was great. It did take 4 hours for an oil change....
Service was great. It did take 4 hours for an oil change. Luckily I had someone able to pick me up while I waited and take me back when my car was ready, but the time it took for the service was a bit long.

Don't have their xxxx together. Need to take lessons from...
Don't have their xxxx together. Need to take lessons from neighboring GMC. Made apps for 2 vehicles. 1.. gmc terrain 2... chevy 3500 dually. Chevy appoint 1230,,terrain 130. I explained we r not locals, here working need oil changes. Lisa made apt. Chevy arrives, we are told can't do change there have to take to into Atl. This was info after 20 min wait to get someone to come check temp. Service took truck to atl shop. Well, chevy is behind schedule, we need terrain to commute. I cancel apt, so I thought. Called GMC, schedule next day service. Before I hung up making apt, I get text of schedule. ALL of this was done sitting in parking lot waiting on chevy to get checked in, almost 35 minutes. Next day I get text from chevy dealer telling me I missed my apt. After I got my car from GMC, I get text from GMC asking for rating. Are you seeing thr professionalism? GMC had their xxxx together. When making apt. Lisa, she seemed very unsure what she was doing. I told her chevy was a dually and she verified this by VIN number. There seemed to be alot of miscommunication with the service check in process. Chevy pulled into and empty drive thru area, so the bays were not full of activity. Couldnt unsertsand the 20 min wait to get temp taken for the process begin. Just not together.

Patrick and Sam made getting a lease on a new car experience very simple and perhaps more importantly very quick! Sometimes in the past this process can take hours....I was done in just under an hour! In addition I got a great deal.
