Bought my first Audi yesterday and Brian Spaner and the Jim Ellis team made the process easy and first class. He communicated every step of the way and even picked me up from my home to take me to the dealership to take delivery of my new Q7. He walked me through all the tech in the car and helped me get everything set up. I'd recommend Brian to my friends who are considering an Audi.

Do not try to get your car repaired here!! I called several time and left messages and no one called me back! When I finally reached a real person, Sean, he was rude and couldn’t even give me an appointment until January- 3 months into the future!! Better go somewhere else!!
