Bernardo is a true professional. Straight shooter- speaks directly to questions- no nonsense. Will continue to buy cars from him and Audi Atlanta for a long time to come. Also gave me a great deal- significantly better than Audi Marietta where I had purchased my previous Audi. Sales manager and finance manager were excellent and easy to work with.

All of these 5 star ratings are from people who just purchased a car, rather than having any experience with the dealership POST-purchase. The service department employees are lovely, but their service department manager and the general manager, Michael Gerbick, have zero interest in customer service. They set ridiculous policies designed to make it extremely difficult to get a courtesy vehicle, then force the service desk people to deal with angry customers. Terrible leadership, and terrible customer service from the management level.

All of these 5 star ratings are from people who just purchased a car, rather than having any experience with the dealership POST-purchase. I recently purchased my third Audi from Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta. I can’t say enough good things about the staff there, everyone was patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me. I had absolutely amazing purchasing car experience with their General Sales Manager Mike Pham and my sales advisor Bernardo Ibarra. They were kind, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free, they went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my new car. Thank you to both for your outstanding care to me. I highly recommend Audi Atlanta and staff to anyone looking for top-quality service!.

We negotiated a OTD price of $57,466 with my salesperson for a 23 e-tron GT. When it came time to finalize everything, the price jumped to ~$57,574. The salesperson admitted they made a math error and 'forgot to tax the doc fee.' Instead of owning their employee's mistake and honoring the agreed-upon OTD price, management tried to pass that cost onto us. It was only a small amount, but an OTD price is supposed to be final. They tried justifying this because, "not paying tax is illegal", "this car has been here for 11 days", "this car is in high demand", "are you really going to let 100 dollars stop this deal?". Wild.

We got there at 1030am we was there all day long BUT mr leeks made sure that I left with exactly what I went there for he was nice funny and respectful he made sure that he took very good care of us thanks so much mr leeks you want very appreciated

This is my third Audi, and even as a lease buyout, it became one of my best experiences thanks entirely to Chris Lam and Lee Andreica. Chris was extraordinary: his attention to detail, his follow‑through, and the way he genuinely looked out for me made all the difference. When I ran into major issues with my original lender, Chris immediately stepped in and connected me with Lee. Lee was incredible. His knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency were on full display. He secured my financing within 24 hours and made the entire process seamless. I should have gone through Audi from the start. Chris and Lee exemplify what true customer care looks like, and they’re a big part of why this is my third Audi. An exceptional team at an exceptional dealership!
