Brian was a pleasure to work with! I looked all over GA, SC and NC for a 2020 A7 for several weeks and eventually found one at Audi Atlanta. I requested for Brian to contact me through Cars.com and he immediately reached out. Even though he was off Saturday spending time with family he made sure to let me know he was working on my deal. We agreed on a price over the phone and I drove to Atlanta from Lexington SC Sunday night (they put me up in a hotel) and left with car before lunch on Monday. From start to finish the entire process was straight forward and professional. If you are lucky enough to deal Antonio Medina in the finance department make sure to ask about his story... very interesting guy. I even left my sons very important baseball necklace in my truck that I traded in and Brian and Claudette Reynolds immediately jumped on packaging it up and sent it overnight to us.
