I bought 2 cars from Alex Bell and he was amazing.

I bought 2 cars from Alex Bell and he was amazing. Unfortunately J got in a fender bender and had to take my car to the body shop. Michael was great and very knowledgeable and Kerri, the manager, was just as great!

When I purchased my Nissan Rogue from the dealership they were very kind and worked with me to get the deal done. I did not have any issues so my interaction with them was short. Fast forward nearly 2 years and I needed a truck to pull a new camper so seeing as how professional they were the first time I decided I would go back again. Since then literally ALL interactions with them were horrific. The used 2021 Titan I purchased had a bed with a bad “Rhino-lining” but as part of the purchased they gave me an IOU and stated they would fix it. That was a fight that took over a month and in the end they wrote me a check for a couple hundred dollars instead of upholding to their written agreement. In June of this year I traded in my Titan and purchased a real truck to pull my camper so I requested all warranties be canceled. I was directed to Josh Burns in finance who canceled some (not all I later found out) warranties and had a check sent to my family’s home in northern Florida. The check never arrived so I contacted Josh and let him know. After some digging he sends me an email asking how could someone steal a check that had my name on it. It was at this point I realize Josh [who works in their finance] has apparently never heard of fraud, identity theft, etc so I explained to him that someone stole it and cashed it illegally. I also requested an investigation to be launched to which I was told they would, yet they never did. I had nearly $1,000 stolen and Nissan Performance has exhibited zero concern or care and have refused to help. They have not called or written me to discuss this issue. It’s a few weeks from Christmas and money I that could be spent on my children will not be. Not only is Performance Nissan a sham with lackluster service they have people that blatantly lie and have no customer care skills working for them. On December 1st I spoke with a new finance man, Carlos, and his response to me was the upper management has said it’s not Performance Nissan’s issue…as a veteran it disgusts me to see companies like this functioning.

We are sorry to hear this. However, the check for the cancelled warranties was sent and was also cashed.

Bad Business

I have received good service in the past but today was bad. Quoted a price of 169 for a battery over the phone. I showed up and they had me sign for the price of 169. I went inside and they told me oh no it's 240. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I left without getting the battery. I have bought all my vehicles from Nissan for the past 40 years and have been a loyal customer. I must reconsider my commitment now to Nissan. This was very bad business and I am extremely disappointed.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a car from this dealership and 30 minutes after driving away with it. The vehicle has a problem with the OS sensor (s) They refuse to call me back about this issue. They take your money and run you're SOL. Dealing with Josh Burns was the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Zero integrity... DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT. Management doesn't have the xxxxx to call me back. Total xxxxxxxx...

Trustworthy and Quality

I too was very skeptical! I went to the Pompano Beach, FL location and spoke with Ricardo Myers and Josh Burns. Those 2 Gentleman really took care of me and got me into a really nice SUV. My credit is very low, but they worked their xxxxx off to get me approved. I even got a loaner while they detail, change the fluids, brake pads, etc. my new car. I got several discounts applied. This was the bestest car buying experience I ever ever had. I honestly recommend that if you need a vehicle, get in there quickly or you will regret it. I almost talked myself into staying home and miss my blessings. Everyone there is very accommodating to your needs and Josh Burns, The Sales MANager, very humble guy, is thoughtful and mindful of what YOU need as an individual and I respect him for that!!! Great teamwork and honest!

Dishonest

Called and asked if there was an upcharge on a new car. Drove 30 minutes to be told there's a 50k upcharge. If you're looking for an honest dealership, keep looking.

Victor, you inquired on the 2023 GTR which as you stated in the phone call is a very rare car that not many dealerships have. We have the actual phone recording with our sales member and he never once said the vehicle was being sold at MSRP. You said you were interested in a specific GTR and should you come in for an appointment or talk over the phone. We then let you know it is better to come in so you made an appointment. You are just upset that you did not get what you wanted and now are going on every form of review to leave us the same review. Talk about "dishonesty". This review has been reported and we are sending the phone recording as proof. We are family owned and operated and are fair and honest. It would be greatly appreciated if you removed all of the reviews you are leaving as they are not honest at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They up sell everything and then when you are owed money back you do not get it!! Purchased extended warranty and will never do that again. Disgusted!

Destroyed my car!

Took my car to have the front end damage repaired. Dropped it off in November and picked it up in June. The work looks horrible. The parks don’t lineup and the paint color is way off! And now my interior is covered in black grease from where they replaced the airbags and they won’t do anything to correct the problem. The work is so bad that they agreed for me not to pay the full price that we agreed on. But now it’s costing me double at another body shop to get all the work corrected. Don’t waste your money with this Dealer / body shop.
