PERFORMANCE NISSAN

I did not end up buying a car, but I only have glowing things to say about my experience with Performance Nissan staff, starting with the phone call from Courtney, who was warm and friendly and energetic, and my visit and test drive with the sales person who had the patience of a saint, took me for a test drive in two different Sentra sedans and spent a good two hours with me over all. He did exactly what a professional sales person should have done - he had a great personality and built a rapport with me, found out about my needs, listened and responded to my questions, and made a strong close attempt without being pushy. I really needed to think about what to do because the final price did turn out to be higher than I expected with all the dealer fees added, and while I went to a Starbucks nearby to talk with a friend and get some perspective I also found a voice mail from another dealer, offering me a great deal on a 2018 Altima. If this car had been at Performance then I would have bought it from them. So while I did not end up buying from Performance Nissan, I would have loved to give them my business and I would recommend them totally. One of the customer relations managers, Rebecca, overheard me mentioning my cat, and she came back from lunch with a Pet Supermarket goodie bag with a toy and several treats for my cat. Anyone who has a pet knows they are like family, and it was a very thoughtful gesture. Everyone I met was a pleasure to talk to and if I know anyone who wants to buy a Nissan, I will tell them to drive over to Performance Nissan.

I purchased my first vehicle from here. I must say I am impressed! I let them know what my budget was.When I arrive the truck was Reserved for me to test drive. The process was swift, Everyone is friendly and it was such a hassle free experience. I Love my new Car that comes with Warranty! Soon will be needing another vehicle in my household and I surely will be making this place my #1 Choice to purchase my next vehicle!

I went to Performance Nissan for my first service appointment and had the most enjoyable experience from the time I walked in. They greeted me and got me in right away. Had an oil change and tire rotation. I even got a car wash! Highly recommend Performance Nissan!

Came in for a 2019 Rogue but ended up getting a Murano because there were better rebates! Total upgrade! Everyone I worked with were so pleasant A
