Finally able to get me in Focus ST.

After some hard bargaining and no contact from the first time. I went back in a month later and they still had the car. Worked with Roy, he was honest and fair. Would only go back to this dealership if working with Roy. After the fact still had to haggle down where we wanted to be. Roy's knowledge of vehicle and willingness to work with us paid off.

From A to Z top notch sevice!

We bought our 2nd Jeep from Cross just over a year ago. Taken it for oil changes and tire rotations and even a few minor scratches we put on it they got it fixed at a very fair price. Keaton Horvat was our sales person and has really gone above and beyond what I think a typical salesman would do once the transaction was completed. My Jeep was unfortunately involved in an accident recently and even as the ambulance is loading me up I told my husband to call Keaton so he would know it's on it's way. Keaton made sure the top was put up in case of rain and found an extra set of zippered windows to put on. He did this on his day off. The next day he went and took pictures of the damage so I could submit them to our insurance. No matter what we have done there everyone is very friendly and not pushy. I personally just can't thank Keaton enough to make sure our vehicle was secured for the evening. If you go to Cross ask for Keaton he is simply the best at what he does!

A to Z full service champs with an amazing salesman Keaton H

Bought our Jeep nearly a year ago and have had excellent service at every turn. Recently someone hit my Jeep doing quite a bit of damage. We called Keaton who I believe was off that day and made sure the top was put back up and he found extra windows to be zippered on because ours we're at home. Keaton has gone above and beyond what most salesman would do once the transaction of buying is over. I feel confident with Cross in every aspect of what they do. 5 stars every department!

Very good service and good sales person

My wife and I are senior citizens and bought many cars. Tim Hendren was the most helpful and did not pressure us in any way. He knows his product and was extremely helpful in helping us obtain a vehicle perfect for our needs. We have requested his service a few times regarding questions about the vehicle and he has been very helpful. We will return to see Tim when we need our next car. John and Shirlene O'Rourke

Top knotch customer service.

The is my go to dealer,I have Purchased two vehicles from Matty Ward, he is a man of his word does what he says and I have awesome customer service. Do not hesitate to use this dealer. It's well worth the driveI live in Nashville Tennessee. It is well worth the drive. They had the paperwork ready, we were in and out in 30 minutes.

Best car buying experience by far!

I cannot say enough about the service and expertise offered by Matty Ward. Usually the car buying experience is a pain in the rear but not in this case. He is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealer and will be sending my friends their way. Thanks again!

06 grand cheeroke

I previously just purchased a 06 grand cheeroke from cross. My experience at cross has by far been the best I have had at any car lot. We walked away with a great deal and the employees at cross made sure everything we wanted was taken care of.

Fabulous Experience!

I purchased a previously owned 2011 VW Jetta for my 17 year old daughter last night. The experience could not have been easier or more comfortable. One big difference I noticed from other dealerships is that they let her test drive the car. Others had said she had to be 18. Our salesman was Matty Ward. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and did not pressure us in the least. The business manager was also a delight to work with. He clearly reviewed the terms of the deal and the optional protections available. I did not elect to purchase any of the protection plans and, unlike what I have experienced at other dealerships, he did not try to pressure me and did not change the way he interacted with me as we completed the deal. I truly felt he just wanted to give me the opportunity to purchase the plans and wasn't just trying to make an extra buck. Also, the car was spotless and they still washed and vacuumed it while I was taking car of the paperwork. I believe we got a great value and will not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Awesome Experience

This has become the place to go for our family to get cars. I just got a 2015 Cherokee and I love! My salesman was Matty Ward, he is the best. He went over all the new features that my new Jeep has and called me the following week to see if I had any question about anything. This was the best sale experience I have had when buying a car. My sister and nephew has gotten cars here and now my mother-in-law is thinking about downsizing to a smaller suv.

Call Roy

Roy Twyman is a great salesman. His main goal is customer satisfaction and he delivers it! Cross Motors had the 2014 vehicle with low mileage that I wanted so I bought it there. I have owned my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for 1 day and really like it so far. My Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk drives like a dream and I truly enjoy my V6 engine! If you have interest in a new vehicle, do call Roy. I am a long term customer of Cross Motors approximately 20 years having purchased prior a Grand Cherokee and Liberty. Have experienced some bumps within the service aspect of getting problems resolved, however, Kevin Moser and Greg Clark always put forth their best to attempt to get the mechanics to get it right.
