We were looking for a low mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee to purchase. Roy Twyman contacted me with a few vehicles with the specific options we were looking for. He actually went outside of the ones on his lot and brought one in for us to review before we even committed to a purchase. Roy went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I bought a jeep in 2012 and I changed for a new one in 2015. My experiences were excellent. Zhunga is a professional seller. He knows his job. He has showed experience, professionalism, and quality in his job as a seller. I am a Spanish speaker who do not speak very well the English and he was very respectful and patient. Zhunga is prepared to trait with people from different cultures. Also, he has many details. I receive a gift card from him for every special date: birthday, Christmas, etc. So, his job does not finish when he achieve to buy a car. I love my car. It has been the best inversion that I ever made. If we decide to buy a third jeep we will go with him.

Been dealing with Cross Chrysler for many years. I needed a used car and told Jon Cross the amount of money I had, and not a nickel over. He looked for several weeks, kept me informed he was still looking. One day he gave me a call, said he just received a car as a trade in. The first thing he said was that it wasn't a Chrysler product. (Hyundai) When I got there, he not only let me test drive it, he let me take it home so my wife could see it. He listened to what I said I needed, and found the car that had all requirements I asked for. Front wheel drive, good milage, and a one owner. Bonus!
