So Excited!

Kenny was truly an on time service guy! He was absolutely wonderful 👍👍👍👍. He is really a people person. I told him what was wrong and he got right on it! I'm really happy about the way things went! Thank you so much, Kenny! Ivory was my customer service person! Loved her, loved her, loved her! She was so caring, making sure I was ok with what was going on. So understanding! Excellent Staff

We recently purchased a Jeep from Darcars Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Marlow Heights. I visited several dealerships but found the staff at this location very warm, knowledgeable, and understanding of what we were looking for. They did not pressure us like in some other places. They made us an offer that landed the purchase. We highly recommend visiting the Marlow Heights Darcars location for your next purchase.

We went there to buy a new car.

We went there to buy a new car. We went home in a Certified Jeep. seemed like a much better option. Lower price and longer warranty than the new car! The sales manager and Finance were very nice. Not pushy and polite. We love our Jeep .

Worst dealership ever stay away from this dealership. Poor customer service specialy financial guy Nadim be careful.with him check everything really well before you sign tbe papers with him.

they make the problem worse

Go anywhere but here. Unresponsive service advisors and incompetent mechanics. All they want to do is throw parts at the problem instead of figuring out why it's happening. Trust me, you just might end up with a radiator that you didn't need.

Deceptive Practices - Stay Away

The one star rating is true! Stay away from this dealership. i saw a cargo van reasonably priced and I decided to reach out to them only to get a quote with a $10k premium added to the base price of the vehicle listed at cars.com. I understand many vehicles are selling for over MSPR price. Don't waste your time.

Pissed

Terrible customer service. I purchased a cherokee jeep. The windshield was cracked, gas cover came off and windshield wiper cleaner did not work. They sent someone to fix the windshield which they couldn't complete. The next available service appointment was a month and half away. Would not give me a loaner that was promised to me when I purchased the vehicle. Used car manager was very condescending. How did this car pass inspection with a cracked windshield?

They screw you over on your car deal I'm stuck with twos

They screw you over on your car deal I'm stuck with twos cars for two years. Now titles no good at all and they don't want a fix the problem at and because of all this my business credit has taken a major hit and they have been giving me the run around and don't care sent me the wrong titles and I even was told by the finance company that they need to fix this and have not at all please don't do business there at this one store Marlow heights

By far the worst customer service ever.

By far the worst customer service ever. My car has been there for over 4 months and I get lied to every day about it. They been through 3 different managers during this time. Please avoid DarsCars marlow heights.

I was sent mail with a attached personal hand written note , stating we will pay off your remaining car balance of $15,000 if you purchase a vehicle or not … Went their of course after to Wk , to No avail…. I was told after 2 to 3 hours that I cannot be helped , I wasn’t told how much money I need down or nothing…. Just told me I couldn’t be helped… so I actually lost credit points from them running my credit … was absolutely a waste of my time , and false advertisement with personal false hand written note included…. This happened before with them 3 years ago… I absolutely will not refer them And send all mail to spam folder Bcuz DARCARS ARE VERY BIG ON FALSE ADVERTISEMENT……!💯 from “”Will c gross

You all have my contact info everything , down to my vin number on my current car … it’s bs to email me and say you all do not have my contact info… you had my info when I was sent mail to my home address stating Marlo heights darcars will pay off my existing car loan of $14,750 if I trade in or not … also had my info to run my credit and add extra inquiries to my report … you had my social to do such… so now what info do you all need from me to respond to a review…? STOP SEND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO ME AND OTHERS FOR CUSTOMERS… and then waste my time….. try a real strategy…. For real results
