WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Finding a car is difficult but even more difficult when it’s your FIRST car. The experience was great! All my questions and concerns were answered and the car is beautiful! Very high quality service.

Poor customer relationship

I am a previous buying customer who returned for another purchase due to being fairly satisfied the first time but this time they acted like they could care less about my business. They were unwilling to work with me and actually asked me what I was doing there. I felt insulted. I left there and went to another dealership and purchased almost the same vehicle at a much better price. I actually recommended Dan Cummins to friends but I will not do that again nor will I ever go back. They are a big dealership and my business will not be missed I am aware of that, but I feel they should realize that all customers matter.

Malibu

We purchased a chevorlet Cruze with chuck which we didnt like and then when we came back for the recall we were put in a malibu which my husband like so we decided to give the dealership another try with a new sales men. We then delt with Chris fletcher and had a very positive experience he was able to answer all my husbands questions and we have since got 3 cars there now.

Best experience I have had in years

I had recently came across health issues and needed a lower payment. Robby leet worked for over a week to get me a nice new truck and a payment way lower than I had. This deal was way better than my current truck I had. I completely would recommend Robby leet to anyone that could need a vehicle.

Never Again..

6 years ago I bought a GMC Sierra from Dan Cummins. It only took 4 and 1/2 hours to do so, which was a bit ridiculous but I love the truck and decided to give them another try. We drove two and a half hours to look at a Ford Ranger that they had for sale. I really like the truck and wanted to wheel and deal on it. We went inside and was seated at which point our sales rep Ozzy told us he needed to help another customer that had been there earlier. As as he was helping them he was paged to the back offices. After sitting there for 25 minutes and not having done nothing at all, my wife and I decided to get up and leave. After we have been gone for more than 30 minutes Ozzy call this and wanted to know why we left. I told him we didn't have all night and that they did this last time we were there. This car dealership is so arrogant but they think they can sell you the car when they're ready. News flash, people have things to do and ridiculous sales tactics are Over the Top. Six months ago I bought my daughter's car from another dealership and from start to finish it only took 20 minutes. I guess I'll be going back to them.
