Awesome !!!

Thanks to Robbie Leet and the Dan Cummins family !!!!! With their patience and help we LOVE our new 2019 Traverse! We could not have ask for any better service. Good used car inventory

My husband and I was serviced by nick. Nick went the extra mile to accommodate our request for a decent running car that we didn't want to spend a lot for. He was friendly and honest. We made the trip from Cincinnati because of the ads on the Kelly blue book site that steered us to the Dan Cummins website. Although the inventory was fine, it would have been more efficient if the cars were organized and easy for Nick to find them. Or allow the customer to go to a certain area to view them. We were there 3 hours and most of time was him going back and forth and some didnt even start. One little glitch happened, Nick forgot to put on the temp tag. Luckily I caught that when we were going out of driveway. Going back to cindy without a plate would have been disastrous. Thanks for the service. Th

Efficient, Professional all at an amazing price

Ozzy was knowledgeable about the car I was interested. His knowledge made it that much easier to say yes to buying it. Zac in finance had my husband and I in and out quickly so he could return to work.

Let me tell you exactly how I feel

I’d definitely, absolutely, totally recommend going to Dan Cummins for a deal. They were absolutely packed, customers out the show room, and we still felt relaxed, and non-pressured. The salesman don’t make commission but get paid a flat rate and these guys work for there money. I absolutely hated going car shopping, but today I’m glad I did. The entire process was easy and we will definitely return in the future.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

Internet pricing - no haggling and no pressure. Salesmen - Clayton and Chase were great and so was Christian in Finance. He was very knowledgable and very accommodating to get us worked in for the Liquid Diamond Coat.

Pleasant buying experience

I drove from Cincinnati Ohio to visit Dan Cummins Chevrolet and test drive a used 2019 Chevy Trax. The price was lower than any vehicles I had been shopping for in my area. William was low pressure and it was not the typical car buying experience that I have had in visiting dealers in Cincinnati. So far I’m very happy with my purchase and I’ll be back for my yearly checkup.

Worst experience and keeps getting worse

The sales lady did not keep her word and with our warranty they aren’t fixing or getting back to us with what’s wrong with the car. It’s like pulling teeth getting things done right and being satisfied customers. Would not recommend going here. They don’t do what they say!

Assembly Line

They get you in there with good deals, but then find out the car has issues and they tell you “well that’s probably why they have priced it so low”!!! Felt like I was just another number in an assembly line. Won’t go back

A Joke

Steer clear folks the cars are auction junk and the service is bad. I will be taking my car back and demanding satisfaction. They do a lot of business so if you're not happy, oh well, on to the next one. Service department didn't do what I wanted low and behold $40 more! When this over, never and I mean never will I do business here again. By the way they had my car for 2 weeks.
