Bought 2 new cars

After researching prices and cars on cars.com we went in for a look. The salesman was efficient and tried to answer all of our questions but in the end it was the sales manager that made the deal. We traded in 2 cars and walked out with two newer ones. The finance manger was amazing and very helpful in the process. However, the car was given to us without an owner's manual and the wrong key was given to us so we ended up returning to the dealership three more times that week to fix these items. They were extremely helpful in making everything perfect, just wish we did not have to return and they could have gotten it right the first time.

I really had the worst experience from a car dealership. First, a confrontation with one of your salesman. Then, I gave the information to one of your sales people and never received a return call. I would give a name but that's not who I am.

Hmmmm....

A few negative reviews and all of the sudden a bunch of great ones start showing up. And they all sound so much alike. What a coincidence. Well, here's my story about this place. Prices are very high after you add in the costs they add on for MD State Inspection and "reconditioning." Twice I was quoted cars there that were two grand higher than the internet price because of these "fees." I went elsewhere and got the same car car two years newer with less mileage over a thousand dollars cheaper. Always call the dealer and find out how much the additional "fees" are before wasting the time on a drive. Have purchased two cars there over the years and ended up regretting it both times. Our service experience was terrible too, every little thing was an all day affair. I'm a lifelong Harford County native and my father told me decades ago to stay from this place. I guess he was right.

The Cook Team is Fantastic

best buying experience always!!

This is the 3rd car I have bought here. Always helpful good inventory but can get what you want if not on the lot. I went in again just wanting to look and I doing what I really wanted to trade into. I asked questions all were answered without a run around. Laron was awesome. Love the new 200. Best car I ever owned aron
