Very easy transaction! It was wonderful not to have to spend the day at the dealership. Everyone we came in contact with: sales, finance, and even the young man who cleaned the car- were friendly and great to deal with.

For starters I had called the salesman, Ron Coen, and told him about when to expect me. He came out to the parking lot to greet me, which was a positive from the start. The new Expedition was just outside the main entrance and I was certainly impressed with the vehicle. The trade in value for my 2004 F-150 Lariot was very reasonable as was the final price. Jeff O'Daniel, whom I knew, stopped by and we had a nice chat. Mike Everson, the business manager, was very professional and personable. Ron introduced to the features on the vehicle and I absorbed as much as I could. Ron was knowledgeable, professional, and let me know that he will be there for me when I have questions. I intend to buy my next vehicle in 4 to 5 years from him. I have only laudatory comments about O'Daniel Ford

This is the 2nd car we have bought from O Daniel Ford, and Phil has been the salesman both times, because I know that he will do everything he can to help me find the Right car for ME, Phil showed us 5 different cars explained all the features each one had. His concern was what did i want in a SUV. He allowed us to bring one home with us that first night. I have found Phil to be honest and truly commited to helping us get the right vehicle for us. We will be taking our grandson to Phil for his car also.
