I’ve been stuck in a Chevy spark from a previous bad experience at a different dealership. I’ve been struggling to find a safer vehicle for my children and I. I worked with Phil for about 4 months off and on and he listened to every word I had to say about my situation. They did not once try and force me into a car and understood I was not ready yet. Finally the time came, and sadly Phil was out of office but Ryan helped me. I am now driving the exact car and color of car I wanted and I never once even told Ryan what I wanted I just told him my budget and that I needed something bigger and safer and he did exactly what he could to help me since I was desperate. I will definitely be going back!

Everything went very smooth. The price and my traded in were some of the best prices in the area. The things that need addressed were taken care of promptly and done as I was told. One of the easiest and stress free car buying experience.

Got the car we wanted at a reasonable price. Staff was not pushy. We wanted an AWD SUV and the 2016 Ford Edge Titanium was the best choice for our family.

I was thrown into the vehicle market unexpectedly and just looking for something on the lesser expensive side, quickly. Pheonix was very quick to communicate with me through the process. He did what a salesman should do by asking if I was interested in other options, but I was very pleased that he didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want after explaining my situation and what I was looking for. He was very helpful getting me in and moving through the process of getting the type of car I was looking for. Mike and Phoenix both did a good job answering my few questions and making the whole experience go very smooth.

What a GREAT Dealership and Salesman experience. Ryan was very professional and courteous and helped walk me through the process to purchase my new 2018 Ford Ecosport Titanium 4×4.
