I looked at many midsize SUVs and small trucks at several dealerships trying to.make a decision.as to what vehicle would be best for me. After shopping at David Dodge Chrysler Jeep I decided on a 4x4 Jeep Cherokee. The dealership did everything they could to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted in the color that I preferred. I couldn't be happier with my dark red Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4!

I brought my Jeep in just for an oil change and tire rotation. After it I noticed when I made a sharp turn it made a sound and felt like the tire was hitting something. I took it back and David said it was because the tires were too worn and rotated the tires back. They said I needed alignment and new tires which wasn't covered under warranty was was as a ridiculous charge. The car is less then 2 years old and has 16k miles. I declined and I took it to another dealer for a 2nd opinion not telling them anything about what happened at David just about the sound, etc. Come to find out there is as part that was broken that needed replaced (covered under warranty) and they didn't mention any issues with alignment or needing new tires. Bottom line David broke my Jeep, lied about it and then wanted me to buy tires and alignment from them for no reason. STAY AWAY. I should get $ back for my tire rotation and my time.

Everything was fixed really good except for the one issue I told them about and I guess they didn’t hear the clicking when I would excel and come to a stop. Overall I am happy with the place

I was out of service center in 20 minutes. Estimated 1 hour job. Was brought in for a recall issue. Very impressed, wasnt even done my snack when it was time to leave.
