David Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200s Certified pre-owned car. The salesman Sharif Mosley was great. He was friendly, demonstrative with the products not pushy at all. I was an easy sell because I already knew that I would fair deal with no buyers remorse as David himself knows how to deal with the selling public and knows we the customer do not want to be sold a lemon or baloney. I did find the finance lady a little pushy with the extended warranty (I did not buy one), but that is how they make money. Overall, David Dodge is the dealer to go to !

Absolute best. No pressure when just browsing which made our decision easier to want to buy. After deciding they worked vigorously to make the deal happen. Definitely gonna go back when we need a new vehicle.

Jerry DiStefano is great to work with. Very professional, knows the product sepcs and details and is a pleasure to do business with. This is not my first purchase from Jerry and it won't be my last as I am ordering a 2019 Grand Cherokee next week!

we are very happy with our new jeep wrangler jl we came in to look at a 2017 wrangler I just couldn't do the numbers then Bill told Bob about a lease that worked out great very happy with my lease then going to buy I dont care were you live please go talk to these guys . after we picked out our new jeep David the owner stopped over to talk to us very cool not like other local dealers your new friends David and Linda Custer

The customer service given while I was getting my SUV serviced met the requirement and I was totally satisfied. The timeframe for the service was just right.

Everyone from the owner to all the staff meets you and offers help at anytime to answer questions or concerns. Makes you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. No high pressure.

The service shop at David is actually beautiful and really clean. I love that I can drive right in and have my vehicle next to me while speaking with a service rep so that I can show them the issues I have with my vehicle. The only reason I gave 4 stars for quality of repairs is that I was disappointed that I needed to wait extra time for repairs and it was for the simple reason of not having an item in stock. I had made an appointment three weeks ahead and mentioned my issue and knew that there would be a replacement. I thought that the dealership would have had ordered the item beforehand. I realize they can't keep everything in stock, but thought they should have been proactive by having the item already there waiting for my arrival. I am still grateful that my Jeep was repaired within one day. And I will definitely be returning.
