Great experience with certified pre-owened vehicle

Sales team was very knowledgeable, kept in touch with me to update me on current inventory, good customer service. John and Steve were extremely helpful in this process.

great customer servivce

I have been a customer of David dodge for 15 years and I love it I buy I service I highly recommend this dealership - the SRT expert Ed Belonga is the best in the business

The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The lounge area is comfortable and well stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Everything I needed to have done was clearly explained along with the cost for each thing. I thought I might need brakes and tires, but I was assured that they were both okay. Therefore, there was no unneeded extra cost suggested.

Great Experience from start to finish!!

This is my 2nd Jeep from here and both times were awesome and quick experiences. Kenny is very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Would def recommend this dealership to everyone:)

Poor Service

The vehicle went in for a memory seat repair and came out not working. If I had not attempted to set it at the dealership, I would have driven all the way home and had to have brought the car back to get it working correctly again.

Deception

Went into this dealer to buy a used truck and worked with Sharif, who was very good. After starting negotiations Bill Joyner, the sales manager, got involved. We went back and forth on price and we had gotten to a certain payment for a certain term but I left without making a deal. Sharif called me later and we found a compromise that worked for both of us. When I mentioned the price/term he said that he would talk to Bill about that and suddenly my term was extended. I declined the deal. Bill Joyner called me back and I told him that I felt that he was not negotiating in good faith so after some discussion, Bill was able to increase my trade in value and lower the asking price. I accepted but very clearly asked if there was anything that could derail this deal at this point since I did not want to waste my time and was uneasy after they tried extending my term. Bill said no. When I get there the trade in had been reduced by almost 30% and Bill is giving excuses as to why he can’t fulfill the deal that was agreed to. After some words back and forth and me telling Bill that he needs to honor his word I left. My feeling is that they will promise you anything to get you to commit and then pull a bait and switch with the hope that you just give in since you are there. Sharif was pleasant to deal with but Bill Joyner was completely deceptive multiple times. For that reason I would warn everyone to be cautious or completely stay away from David Dodge.

When we trade vehicles sight unseen we rely on the client's description of the vehicle and condition to determine the appraisal. When we physically inspect a vehicle we make every attempt to offer maximum value, however the condition in this case was not what we expected. Great team!

Shariff Mosely worked very hard to get me the deal and Jeep Compass I wanted, and I was a hard sale with many issue. He genuinely cared about me and making sure I walked away happy. I HIGHLY recommend him. I also got to meet the Owner, David. His commercials are accurate, his office is right off the sales floor, he was super nice and he will work super hard for you too.

Bad experience. Brand new car already in the shop

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have less than 300 miles later my check engine light is on. I left a message for my sales rep over a week ago and no call back...
