Great Service!

Dana Neal was responsible for ordering a new key after my recent used car purchase at Holler Honda. He kept me informed during the ordering process and let me know when the key was ready. He met me at the my car and promptly took care of getting my new key programmed. I've never been to a service department that was so quick and friendly.

Exceptional Customer Service

I just leased my second car from Holler Honda. My sales associate, Tommie (T.L.) Dancy, was sensational... very knowledgeable, cordial and polite. I felt like she was really working for me to make me happy and not just for herself to make a sale. The whole team at Holler Honda is first class and couldn't have been more helpful. A really great experience.

Great customer service

My advisor Benjamin Digregorio was very helpful. Although he had to leave at 5 he made sure that all the paper work was taken care of before he left. Can't thank him enough! So pleased with his work! I might just specifically ask that he handles my service appointments every time I go to Holler Honda.

My 3rd Honda from Holler

We purchased our 3rd Honda from Holler recently. This buying experience with Holler was by far the best. The first time we visited the dealership, we told our sales person (Frank) that we were months away from buying, but wanted to see the CR-Vs up close. He spent over an hour of his time with us - even allowing us to check out the interiors of the 2014s and 2015s even though we were not ready to buy. We decided on the 2015s. When we returned to make our purchase, Frank wasn't there, but Shy was there to go over all the CR-V 2015 features, take us on a test drive and help us order it in the color and with all the features that we wanted. We had a approval letter from our bank with what we thought was a pretty low interest rate, but Sonia, in Holler's finance department was able to get us an even lower rate. At the end of the day, we walked away with the exact car we wanted at a much lower interest rate! The day we picked up the car, Frank was there to hand us the keys and customize the settings of our new CR-V. We've never felt better about buying a vehicle. Thank you Holler.

Excellent service

Elizabeth Tarr was the service representative who handled my 2004 Accord. She did an excellent job, and made sure that I was up-to-date on a recall item during my visit. I strongly recommend Holler Honda and Elizabeth to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

Excellent Service

Evalie Olivero was very helpful with an issue I had with my vehicle. She was very professional and kept in touch with me by phone on the status of my vehicle. Come to find out there were no issues at all. This is a marked improvement compared to the last time I visited this dealership. When I'm ready to buy a new car I will definitely come here.
