Consumers ALERT. The recommended 20,000 mile service for a Lexus RX350 is a relatively simple and minor service. Oil change, filter, tire rotation etc. Meade Lexus quoted $550.00 for this service. A reputable local repair shop, certified mechanics and in business over 25 years completed the work for less than $150.00. Check and verify charges and costs and you will find that this is a widespread practice with Lexus. Be knowledgeable and check other sources for routine and preventative maintenance and only use Lexus Dealer service for warranty work.

On January 20, 2022 I requested a tire rotation and...
On January 20, 2022 I requested a tire rotation and fluids, etc. inspection. Don recommended a 25000 mile inspection. It was quick and efficient. I feel good that my car has been checked over and done in a timely manner. Plus Don was very friendly and helpful!

Great customer service! Don had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped off my car for service. He had my car ready when promised. The coffee and snack bar is a nice touch. Great experience all around. Highly recommended!
