Great efficient service with good communication about what the mechanics were doing liked the video! Really didn’t like eliminating the cashiers! That’s putting too much stress and work on service personnel

Excellent service as always. Brigitte is great. The wait time checking in was unusually long. I probably sat in my car fifteen or twenty minutes before I could pull in.

Business stuffs too many customers into too little space
Business stuffs too many customers into too little space and takes way too long. Either expand and improve the waiting space and improve throughput or lose business. I can't wait 2.5 hours for an oil pan gasket with an appointment again. The whole reason for that visit was because they did not have time to fix the car on another recent visit, made me come back for more fun.

We purchased a new car from you a year ago We scheduled our 10,000 warranty service appointment at noon. They didn’t sput our car up on the racks on 1 hr. Cars were lined up and mane turned around and left.The lounge was full. My husband worked for a Toyota division and said you over scheduled. We have a Lexus and taking it to Greenville is a much better customer experience. We have used you for 8 years and it’s never been this bad terrible customer service

This dealership seems honest and trustworthy.
This dealership seems honest and trustworthy. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 today only because I had to wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes to get checked in. In all fairness, the service advisor explained that it was because they were short handed that morning due to the loss of an employee. That happens! But then after waiting for the service to be completed I finally noticed that my car was sitting in the parking lot and I hadn’t been notified. The same thing happened with another waiting customer. Service has always been very good on all other visits.
