I’m very disappointed in this family owned dealership.

I’m very disappointed in this family owned dealership. What started out as a good experience unfortunately turned out very disappointing. I purchased a used 2017 Toyota RAV4 and it was “As Is” But the problem was something I think the dealership should have made an exception for. The vehicle runs great and drives great, we purchased it during daylight hours and the only thing we couldn’t check was the headlights. After arriving home that day from the dealership we decided to take a night ride and that’s when we found out the headlights were terrible. You couldn’t hardly see the road they were so bad. Someone had put aftermarket LED lights on the vehicle. I went to the parts store and spent $120 for halogen bulbs which after installing them weren’t much better. I reached out to the dealership to see what they could do to help resolve this issue, after all you can’t test headlights during the day. I was really disappointed with the attitude of my salesman. He quickly let me there was nothing they could do and that would something that would fall under my extended warranty. This wasn’t an issue of something breaking after I purchased it, this was one of those issues the car had and we didn’t know about and had no way of knowing it until we bought it. I will pay out of pocket to fix the problem and try to be more careful in the future about dealing with so called family owned dealerships. Obviously they don’t care about repeat customers!! Disappointed and would not recommend Bryan Easler Toyota of Hendersonville NC to anyone. Terry G

I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler

I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced accordingly! I drove from Charleston and everything was ready for signatures and delivery was very expeditious. Stephanie (owner), Mike (finance) and Jim (delivery) were all very helpful and genuinely nice during our visit while respectful of our time! Overall, this has been the best experience x 2 and I’ll continue to make the trip to Hendersonville for all future purchases!

The dealership is excellent. They completed the work in less time than promised, The waiting facilities were clean and quiet. Everything was great!

Service department very efficient and we are loyal

Arrived at the service department for routine service and as usual, the customer service representative listened attentively and made notes of each request. The wait time was somewhat excessive but as we all know, staffing for almost everyone is tough these days. I understood this, but the customer service representative Brandon kindly offered the service at no charge which I certainly did not expect. I offered to pay but he was apologetic for the long wait time. How often does this happen? We have been and will continue to be a customer since buying our car new here and I'm sure we will buy our next one here!

Quick Service. when the maintenance icon shows up

The maintenance light came on Tuesday morning and my car was serviced by 8:15 AM. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Highly recommend Bryan Easler.

Best Toyota dealership in the area

Bryan Easler is the best dealership in the area to deal with if you own a Toyota or are looking to purchase one. They are honest and helpful. Their service department doesn’t try to pressure you into anything but what may need to be done, unlike the dealership in Asheville. it is a family business and they take care of you like family!!! Each department of this dealership has been top notch!

Great processes.

Professional, easy to understand, and good processes. It’s very nice to have clear communication as well as see the same people, time after time. This includes the shop and the office.

PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE In my entire life. If when reading a coarse mix of highly negative and highly positive reviews you wondered which to believe this one is it. DEFINITELY 💯 NEGATIVE! There are loads of Toyota dealers. Please take my advice and save yourself a massive nightmare, go to any dealer besides this one. They do not appreciate your business to begin with. They lured us in promising a $500 rebate then lied to avoid giving it to us, they discriminate, lie, sell a vehicle with damage and promise to drive it after purchase and never did, rude, the list is endless. The salesperson actually stated, “ I will refuse to sell the truck before I let you fill out a loan application to receive the $500 rebate!” He REFUSED to allow us to apply for a loan. This has to be ILLEGAL! I repeated those companyI to the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. BBB. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF BY GOING ELSEWHERE!

Excellent Service

All the men and ladies that I have dealt with in the service department are very nice. They know their job and when I as an owner make a boo-boo instead of making me feel foolish they just make light of it and tell me it happens all the time. Taking my key fob with me when I got out of my running car and then they couldn't move it because of that. That was something I didn't know.
