UNPROFESSIONLISM

I contacted them about a 1992 Camaro RS, and I got a text from Ryan asking me if I had any question. I text him back asking him to get me pics of the engine and underneath the car to see if there's was any rust. I did not get a reasoned back for 2 days, so I text him?? he got back to me saying that the classic shop was closed and to text him in the morning... lol lol I DID NOT TEXT HIM BACK...

BUYERS BEWARE ! DEALER PRICE CHANGE AT SALE

Extremely disappointed in my experience at Morton Mazda. Was interested in used truck. Called to confirm availability and price. Dealer confirmed. Did test drive proceeded to purchase vehicle. At closing, sales manager tack on another $2,500.00. Reason, because he could. Very dishonest. Should have been up front and forthcoming. BUYERS BEWARE.

Don't trust them AT ALL!

I purchased my car in 2020. It is a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. When I TEST DROVE the car there was a squeaky sound coming from the wheels. When I went back in after the test drive, I told the salesperson it squeaked. He said oh, no worries, I'll have the shop fix it. So, he put on all new brakes and rotators. About a month or two later, same issue. So I called them back. I then drove back out to Pasadena from Towson, and they looked at it, and applied some grease, stating that maybe it was just that the pads had a chemical in them that sometimes made them squeak, and they just needed grease. They also made me get into the car with the salesman so he could hear the VERY OBVIOUS sound of the squeaking. A month or so later, SAME thing. I called again, and asked them to fix it. The shop manager said he wasn't willing to do anything about it. I asked to speak to the GM. He said, well, he isn't available, I'll talk to him and call you back. He calls me back and said, well, if you pay for Toyota brakes, I'll do the work. I said NO, we agreed that you'd fix this noise when I bought the car. It is NOT fixed. I'm not a- driving all the way down there again and then back to retrieve it, and I'm b- not paying for anything related to this. So I left a review. Shockingly the GM calls me back. He claims he didn't know I wanted to speak to him, he was never told. (Sorry buddy, not my issue). After a lot of him trying to convince me that the mileage I put on my car somehow in 2 months CAUSED the noise, he finally agreed to have someone come and get the car, bring me a loaner, and returned it with Toyota brakes on it. Well, low and behold, a month or two later, SAME noise. Always the back right. At this point, I didn't feel comfortable that their service department had correctly figured out the issue, so I took it to my mechanic. He looked at it and said that the brakes were not properly installed. He said pieces were missing that hold on the brakes!!! (I've asked him for copies of all the repair receipts and notes and will post here when I get them scanned in). He ordered the parts and a month or two later, SAME NOISE!!! So I took it back. He took it all apart again, said he didn't see an issue. Then it was fine again for another month or so. Then I went back again... and he said maybe the brakes were an issue for some reason. Knowing they were not installed properly to begin with maybe there was an additional issue. So... I paid to have a new set of Toyota brakes put on it again. ($600)

Service

Employees were polite and courteous. Always take my Mazda there For any maintenance that it needs. Never have had any problems with the service.

Rich Morton Mazda Serivce - Excellent

Completed the work as requested ahead of expectations. The service department alerted me to fact that my breaks will need to be addressed at the next service interval. They are honest and do not seek to add on extra unnecessary work.

Welcoming and knowledgeable
