This is my 2nd purchase at Antwerpen VW. I went for their service and selection. Max helped me find a Car in my range that was right for me. Thanks to Antwerpen VW for helping me get back on the road.

Max was amazing but I was not in pressed with their so...

Max was amazing but I was not in pressed with their so called “best salesman,” Sam. He made the process very difficult. When he came in to talk to me, he made me feel stupid and I felt like he could care less that I was there. As I was leaving to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, he said to Max, “drop him off at school on your drive.” Being 20 years old, I want very fond of that. And then, as I was talking to Max regarding insurance on the new vehicle, I told him it would be on my USAA insurance which I pay my dad to be on and he poked his head in and said “nope, can’t be on Daddy’s insurance.” I just felt he was very rude towards me. I loved Max, he helped me out a lot.

My experience with Antwerpin VW was wonderful as soon as I walked in the door someone was there to greet me, my question was answered they took care of all my needs and put me in a brand new car

I kept asking over and over again to know what APRs were...

I kept asking over and over again to know what APRs were available. I had to wait 2 hours before I was taken back to the financing office and they already had the paperwork completely finished without ever consulting with me on APR or price. I have an 820 credit score and got screwed with a 4.4%. I got lowballed on my trade in. They "certified" my used car and charged me $3.3k. Obviously they did not run a single inspection on the car because it has a continous error message and the headlights don't work. I am missing a cabin light that was concealed by a sun visor. Even though I have 24 mo 24k miles all parts coverage, and I brought the car back hours after purchasing, the earliest I can get the car in is 3 weeks and they will charge me at least $140. What a xxxxing rip off! xxxx this place!

Sir I'm sorry you had a bad experience, however I am struggling to understand some of your statements. First we don't print paperwork we use the state of the art docupad that is a large tv screen that will not move forward until you agree to the stuff on the current screen. The head lights are a safety item, that I cant seem to understand how that could slip through the cracks. Please feel free to bring your car up to the dealership so I can address these concerns. You did use a computer for the paperwork, but it was already drawn up. I didn't realize I had been charged $3,300 for my car to be certified. The man assured me they had throroughly inspected and tested the car but I get a headlight error message within 15 minutes of driving. I did bring my car in and was told they were going to charge me $140 just to inspect it. Didn't it just get inspected? Didn't they miss the headlight error and missing overhead cabin light in the first $3,300 inspection? Plus, I was told they would be able to fix it quickly. I arrived at 0900 and was told they wouldn't have time to even inspect my car until 1600 and in the meantime I would be without a car. I left there in a hurry. I don't trust a single thing from anyone there. You are crooks!

Really enjoyed getting my dream car with Nick. Super laid back, enjoyable experience. It was not a pressure sale, took the time to walk me through options and coincidentally found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Would recommend Nick 100%!
