I have nothing to say but the only thing is that the prices are very expensive.

Was not busy when arrived . Wonderful service and attention. In and out quickly, expensive . Waiting area too small for busy days.

Even though my repair bill was high they did a great job and car issues seem to be resolved.

Was lied to and told they were running numbers. Found out the finance guy wasn’t even there. Sat around and waited for “numbers” for over 3 hours. Just waiting. Our sales guy just pushed us through and went on to his next sale. Terrible customer service and would never go back. Was there over 5 hours.

The entire experience was seamless and I will definitely sing Antwerpen Volkswagen’s praises every chance I get!

Awful communication with this dealership. Vehicle was in the service department for over 2 months, no updates no calls, texts, etc. I had to call and email repeatedly to the general manager to get any information, and then they would simply lie. We don't have the part, weird you did when you made the appt., then it was they didn't have a mechanic, then they didn't have the tools, then the next week it was the part again. This went on for over 2 months. A repair shop claiming they don't have the wrench is a first for me. Steer clear would be my suggestion.
