Despite having been a Koons Toyota customer for three

Despite having been a Koons Toyota customer for three previous car purchases, and after three visits from the manager, they were only willing to knock $100 to $200 off the asking price. This was also after they only offered me $4000 for my car that Carmax could be at $6500 a week or so before. This is definitely a high volume place and building relationships with customers doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Overall had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle

Overall had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Katie Crook and Justin Schmitt did a great job with communicating the availability of the vehicle. Katie handled the test drive and sales which went really smooth. I worked with Christos on the financing which went well in relation to my previous experience at Koons (Tysons Corner). I was anticipating another high pressure sales tactic regarding warranty and extra add ons which was my experience at Tysons Corner Koons. Christos heard me loud and clear and did not put any additional presssure once I declined some of the add-ons. It was a pleasure working with everyone at this dealership.

Jeremy greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Christos made the financing process enjoyable and worked to get us the best rate. This was our third purchase from Koons Toyota Westminster and we will be back.

I’d never take my 2016 Avalon anywhere but Koons

I’d never take my 2016 Avalon anywhere but Koons Westminster. From the friendly, accommodating customer service representatives who help set my appointments, to Todd Eckard who communicates with me throughout the service process. Always honest and helpful. Service is also timely and their valet service is extremely helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about Koons Westminster!

My maintenance service light was not reset, Maintenance

My maintenance service light was not reset, Maintenance light was not reset and I asked them if they know how to work on Lexus they said yes, The technician came up with so many items that need to be replaced On the car, but you can’t even reset the maintenance light How can the service technician be trusted?

We had a great car buying experience with Scott and Cecil

We had a great car buying experience with Scott and Cecil at Koon’s Toyota in Westminster, MD. Scott kept us up to date on when to expect the car which was being built for us would arrive at the dealership. The wait was worth it. Our hybrid Rav 4 is perfect! We are enjoying the smooth ride and great gas mileage. Cecil was very professional and efficient in making the paperwork fast and painless. We would definitely buy from Koon’s again!
