    Just had my first service at BMW Nashville, and it went quite smoothly, including lining me up with a loaner car. Sure glad I purchased the maintenance plan for the first 50,000 miles, as yesterday's work cost me nothing. (Well, nothing more than what I paid for the maintenance plan.)

    I took a day off work to travel two hours to have my car serviced and get another comfort access FOB. Even though I emailed the parts department the need information, the Fob did not get ordered and now I have to take another day off. Also, the Fob was ordered through the Brentwood location and service was done at Nashville location. Now I guess I will have to take car to Brentwood location for Fob. I guess they are still figuring out how to integrate the new location.

    It was a good experience. The bad experience is this survey, don,t tell me how many words I can use or not. If all I want to say is "That is was a good experience" then that should be plenty. let the customer say what he or she wants to say in there own short words!

    My 2007 6 Series had a unanticipated electronic lock mechanism failure on a Saturday. Took it in to see if anything could be done that day, was told it would not be repaired until the following week since the part(s) required were not on hand. Was graciously given a loaner for the weekend and contacted by Tyler Horner on Monday with all pertinent information. Work was done in a timely manner to the exacting standards that we have come to expect of BMW of Nashville since we first brought a new 318i in way back in June of 1993!

    The result of the service engine light coming on was a $7,000 list of repairs that need to be completed in the near future. One such repair was a radiator leak. I refused services at the time to determine which I would prioritize, I expected my fluids to be topped off especially for the leak or at least offer the option to get any fluids replenished until repairs are done. A couple days later I was almost out of radiator fluid. I am not a mechanic. I should not have to ask for routine service maintenance. My advisor and the courtesy driver, however, were very pleasant to work with .
