We bought a used 2022 Subaru Impreza for a fantastic and fair price. Kaylee, our sales person was friendly and very helpful. The whole process from start to finish took less than two hours. Everyone was very straightforward and to the point. No wearing down the customer hour after hour in hopes of the dealership making a few extra dollars. Great experience, which is probably one of the only times in my entire 56 years that I could say that about buying a used car.

this review is for JB. outstanding service when i bring my I3 in for service. JB guides my experience so I get just what I need for the best price possible. He is very friendly and caring, alway making sure I have a ride if not waiting. communication is fantastic, I know when parts are in stock, when to bring in the car for repair and when it is advantageous to file an insurance claim. JB is on it, always with a caring smile. He is why I keep coming back.

Excellent experience that was no contact!

I purchased a 2019 BMW 440i Gran Coupe from this dealership on 3/11. My vehicle journey started online with me eventually coming across this dealership. Every part of the process was completed via email/telephone, with the exception of signing paperwork at one of their sibling locations closer to where I live. Sidney, Thomas, and Adam made this process stress free for me. I was able to have the vehicle delivered directly to me, with them picking up my trade-in as well. The attention to detail by the service area is a special mention as well. I?m grateful for the time they put into getting my car prepared for delivery.

BMW Nashville at Armory Oaks

We purchased a certified 2021 BMW X5 from this dealership as a repeat customer. Given a very specific list of options, our salesman Ben took the time to immediately call and alert us. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. Additionally our experience with the Armory Oaks dealership dates back to when they were located on Murfreesboro Road. Would not consider going elsewhere for parts, service and purchasing BMW's. Thank you!

Nothing but quality service from salesman and finance person, I did most of the transaction over the phone so when I got to the dealership most of the transaction was already completed!

Horrible Experience - Scam

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs, you'll get better service at a Honda dealership. I have a list of issues that need to be addressed and can't get a single person to call me back. They only care about making sales, customer service is non existent and reps are incredibly evasive and rude. They were supposed to pay off the car that I traded in and didn't - now I have two car payments I'm responsible for and again, no one will call be back. The trunk won't open when the car is on. What did they say? "Sorry, we can't figure it out." I'm embarrassed I ever purchased a vehicle from them.
