BMW of Nashville

Wonderful experience at the service department. I called for an appointment and was given a same day appointment. although I was late they did all they could to accommodate me including completing an oil change and inspection of my tires while I waited. Karen(my service advisor) was wonderful and went the extra mile for my 3 year old grandson that was waiting with me. I?d like to thank all involved for making my visit stress free and pleasant.

I just bought my second vehicle from this location. I can not say how happy I was with how I was treated and how stress free everything was. Lisa Underwood truly went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. I managed to have a tire blowout from a pothole less than 24 hours after buying the vehicle and even though it was a Sunday Lisa made sure both my vehicle and myself made it back to the dealer and that the vehicle was fixed the next day. Huge thank you to both Lisa and everyone else at the dealership for making the whole experience so wonderful.

Unhappy

Not very good this time. Dropped car off night before, had appt, still took them til late next afternoon to get tire replaced.. lack of communication on their behalf as well

Poor customer satisfaction

I was trying to finalize a sale on a vehicle, salesman Caleb did not return my calls nor did he follow up with my bank so that I can complete the purchase. The worst of it all is he sold the vehicle that I had a purchase agreement on to purchase. Poor customer follow up and satisfaction. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Deceiving Advertising

I was very interested in a Certified Pre-Owned BMW M240i convertible. Ready to purchase in fact. The advertised price was $39,981 which was a very reasonable price. The dealer advertised this as a no-haggle price. I spoke with the salesperson who was very helpful, going so far as to suggest a shipper for the car. However, when he sent me the actual quote for the car, the price was $41,759 before sales tax. The dealer had added $589 in bogus document fees, plus $1,189 in unnecessary paint protection, etc. I have owned six BMW convertibles since 2004 and have always been very impressed, not only with the quality of the cars, but also with the professionalism of the dealers. Not so much with this dealer.
