Would highly recommend avoiding this place. I paid $29,000 for a 2013 silverado 3500 regular cab diesel with only 66,000 miles on the odometer. First week of owning it the front end went out. In that same week we went to hook a trailer up to it and the tow package fell to the ground. It was only mounted up with 2 bolts! Fast forward five months with 5,000 miles put on it, and now the engine is blown. The only thing they offered was for me to pay them to replace the motor "at a reduced cost". Who in their right mind would trust these guys to replace the motor after they just charged you top dollar for a truck with many issues . Read the reviews, there are plenty of reviews on here calling out the shady tactics of this dealership. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.

Had a deal made on a vehicle. Was told i had to wait for the title to show up before they could finalize everything. Got my loan secured, then waited for days to hear they sold it because they could not hold a vehicle for out of state buyers and that they could only sell local with no title.

Bought a 2019 Ford F-150, $24,000, the engine went out before we got our plates. They said nothing they could do. Do not trust this company

Bought a car 2 1/2 years ago and nothing bit problem after problem since. I have put more repair $ in this car than the price I paid for the car. Shady shady!! I will NEVER go back!!

Extremely disappointed with this place. Traveled an hour down to Des Moines a couple months ago to look at a Taurus and was told we were at the wrong lot though we followed the address cited on their listing. Get to the "right" lot and no one is there nor is the car we schedule to test drive even though they were not closed per the hours listed. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and we scheduled a test drive on a vehicle. Got a canned response from "Teacher Tom" that gave me very little information. I replied to it and did not get a response. Scheduled test drives for two vehicles received no responses. Used their little chat window on their website, nothing. Went to look up the car we originally scheduled for a test drive and it no longer showed up online. Called to find out both vehicles we scheduled test drives with sold and no one told us. Will not be doing business with Teacher Tom or anyone else at this establishment and will advise my friends in the area of my experience.

Hi I had nasty experience with sale representative by the name Joe.He is the supervisor there He is very manipulative to the customers. He lies alot. What he promised that he will do with tye car he will never do... He likes to frustrating customer. I will never go to that site again. I will tell nobody to go there. A worse place - how they play politics with customer. It is unbelievable.... That is nasty way that never retaining customer I am still have problem.i called several time and gave my number.He always say he forgets or ask somebody to call me Lies and lazy ....

They are ultimately businessmen! Bought a car that had a check engine light on and said they fixed it, turns out it was really bad condition. Didn't even get this from their budget lot, don't take them for their word, ever!

Went to buy a used car, salesperson treated us as if we were a bother, barely listened to what we were saying. The dealer refused to make any concessions during the sale. The vehicles they did show us were extremely high priced for high mileage vehicles. When compared to other used cars at other dealers, Tom’s was wanting top dollar. If using this dealer I strongly suggest researching comparable vehicles in the area.

I recently purchased a truck from here, drove it for only 1 wk, started having issue with 4x4 , stop working, only had 1000miles on it, and it in the shop having thousands of dollars worth of repairs, mind you the warranty sold to does not cover all of the issues this truck has, out of pocket so far, and its not all done $1200 and I haven't even made my first payment on this vehicle, !!!!!

A great place and friendly atmosphere. Dewey was a fantastic help, helped us find what we were looking for! 10/10 would buy from them again!
