They went above and beyond helping me get approved to get a vehicle. They never gave up like other dealerships. I'm very grateful for everything they did. The vehicle I purchased is absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys again.

I emailed them 3 times and never received a email back about a particular vehicle. I think that's rude

Drove down from norther, Wisconsin (7hr drive) to purchase an alleged clean 2004 F-150, 4x4 I saw online. Was very excited, made arrangements of when I was going to be down to purchase the truck. Prior phone conversations with the salesman talked about a front right tire that was going low. The salesman says, "I will look into that before you get here". That was the only acknowledged issue with the truck. Get down there and the truck looked like it took a road salt bath sitting along the roadside. Not a big deal, but they couldn't even wash it up a little. We had to stop at the neighboring gas station to clean the windows. Take it for a drive, drove nice. Due to the weather was limited on crawling around to check it over. Buy the truck with bank check, get home the front right tire is going flat. Get a dry day to climb around and find the biggest issue. The frame had two patches on it. One looked like a good patch and the other looked like the little rascals welded it. I accept buying a used truck, but the fact they didn't/don't have to tell a customer that the frame was welded is wild to me and an ethical issue I believe. I am not scared of this, but a heads up is nice. I have a certified welding company specializing in frame repair going over the truck to fix it correctly. I am probably more pissed about that they couldn't even fix an easy air leak even though he said he would. That shows just how much a used car rip off they are. If you are buying from these guys, don't make my mistake, set up to have the vehicle inspected by real mechanics. I will never buy another vehicle from Tom's Auto Group.

No one even contacted me . The car on the site was a 2005 and originally said that it had $214,000 mi on it then when I went to go look back at the site it was gone and moved to a different car at 2006 to 240,000 miles

Was interested in a Jeep reached out a few times to sales rep because the engine warning light was on during test drive but I was still interested, They said they were going to have the shop look at it and would get back to me, but never did.

I never received a response from this dealership. Very disappointing. I don't understand why you would post on a site without wanting to respond to possible buyers.

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. Our salesman was a great guy and was very helpful. Just make xxxx sure you really look the vehicle over. There sales add for the truck we bought said it had no leaks. So I didn't go into great detail inspecting the engine since they claimed it to be leak free. Only for us to get it home and it had oil leaks.
