Factory Recall for my Vehicle

I visited the dealership for a factory recall, the team members and facility were great, took less time than exspected to have the repair done, and out the door. I would recommend the Dealership to all my friends and Family, since I my self has purchased my last six(6) cars from the same Dealer.

First time at LHM, and I had a great experience! Salesman...

First time at LHM, and I had a great experience! Salesman Sinisa Djurdjic wasn’t pushy and Manager Stacey Barnett both helpful in making a painless deal. I left happy with my new 2019 Ram Longhorn. I’ll definitely go back whenever I’m ready for another Ram.

2017 Ram-Died at home towed to Service dept.

Had truck towed and originally was told it wouldn't be done till Monday but was looked and serviced on Saturday which was great.

Vehicle Recall Repair

I have been dealing with Lisa for years and she is always extremely helpful and professional. I had recalls on three different vehicles. The dealership had the parts to address two of the recalls but not the third. My concerns was the third vehicle belongs to my daughter (2013 Dodge Dart transmission link recall) and she is moving to Buffalo in a few weeks. Lisa was able to locate the parts to address the recall on the third vehicle which provided with piece of mind before sending my daughter to Buffalo.

Service Dept.
