Lube, oil, filter, battery, multi-point inspection

My service advisor, Aaron Johnson, is a very straight forward advisor. Unlike most of them I trust Aaron to tell me honest advice that will solve my issue at the lowest cost to me. That is unusual. I presume he is on commission as most are, so his honesty is a personal asset.

Chevrolet Equinox

Our salesman Randy was so nice, not "pushy" like most car sales people. We went to several different dealerships, but chose to go back to Randy because we liked him so much. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Chevrolet, and specifically Randy, to anyone looking for a good deal and great customer service.

Fixed the Key problem, Chevrolet

I could not be more pleased with the way your garage handled the key problem. Someone took the car when I arrived. I went into your waiting room and a worker came and told me how long it would be. One hour later (right on time) they came and told me it was ready. One of your men brought the car to the front where I could get in and drive away. Thank you, it couldn't have been better.

Great Service & Clean Facilities

I had a problem with my door locks going up & down and my light flashing off & on, on the dash, plus my truck was cutting out on me while this was all happening, while I was driving the truck. They found the problem and fixed it, I am very pleased with them and their work, I have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

great service

Service personnel have been fantastic. My car gets the best care which makes my visit to the dealership pleasant. Sales personnel have been very helpful immediately greeting me when I need assistance. The shuttle service is a nice option.

Job was done right, and promptly, but...

The recall repairs were done well, and they basically got the car finished when they said they would. The one fly in the ointment was communication. Our Service Advisor (Kimberley, who did an otherwise outstanding job) called me and said the car would be ready in 15 minutes, whereupon we waited at home for about 20 minutes before taking the 10 minute drive over to the dealership. When we arrived, I could not locate Kimberley (more on that later), and was directed to the cashier, who had no paperwork or record of me. I was asked to step away from the counter and wait. After a few minutes, Kimberley came up from the garage area and said our car would be up soon, and directed another employee to get our car from the mechanic's stall. At that point, I signed the paperwork (which was quite thorough in explaining what was done) and we then cooled our heels for at least another 20 minutes before the car came rolling up. I have no issue with the car not being ready until the time that it actually was, I just would have preferred to stay at home waiting, as I was in no rush and told her so at the beginning of the process. Now, I have no idea where the breakdown in communication occurred, and I wasn't THAT inconvenienced, but if you honestly want to know where the service could be improved, that would be the place. Overall, though, it was far better than most service appointments that I've had over the years at other shops and dealerships ( this was my first trip here, though, so no point of reference on that score).
