There are always a lot of choices when you are considering where to purchase your vehicle. I came into the search not really sure of whether I wanted to purchase a new vehicle or not. My experience with Ray helped my make my decision (I purchased). Ray is a very personable person but professional as well. This was a no hassle process and everything on the final contract was as verbally discussed. I have dealt with dealers that will say anything to get you into the door and then throw a curve at the end. This was not that type of dealer, that?s why they got the sale..

Drove 200+ miles to purchase a 2012 Boss 302. Had great and persistant contact with salesman (matt stoudt.) Was kindly greeted upon entering the dealership. Facility was clean and professional. Staff facilitated the sale of the vehicle and gave exactly what I expected for the vehicle I was trading in (honda s2000 cr.) Financing was skill fully handled by Miss Carol who was even able to get additional funding back to me from an existing warranty on the vehicle traded in. overall great experience, would definitely recommend this dealership and do business with them again.

We had done our research on Ford Raptors, and found one of interest on Koons Ford of Baltimore's website. We called the dealership on Friday morning, and spoke with Mark Rodgers. We advised him that we were headed from VA in hopes of purchasing the vehicle, but very much wanted to be through with the process, and back home before the afternoon rush hour. There we met Mark, and our salesman, Ahmed Baroud. We took a test drive, purchased the vehicle at the website price without hassle, received an immediate vehicle loan, and took in Ahmed's complete tutorial of all the gadgetry in time to be home before dinner. We have purchased our last several vehicles through buying services to prevent the lengthy and stressful experience that is typical of buying a vehicle. Ahmed Baroud was thorough, Knowledgeable about Fords and very professional. The sales mgr, Tom was extremely friendly and helpful. Steve Ageloff was friendly and helpful as well. The overall experience was excellent. I'm planning to come back to try the service dept. I'm hoping they will be just as good as the sales team.
