Casey Groop was very good to deal with. He actually called me after first contact to tell me he thought he had a car I might be interested in. He listened to what i wanted and didn't try to sell me something else. It was no pressure and went smoothly. He then promptly got me the floor mats that we had verbally agreed on. Casey did a nice job of not trying to sell me anything I didn't want.

matt, and Tom worked together on getting what we needed. they had everything ready before we could ask about it. we needed the van right away to get back to work and they made it happen without a bit of trouble. excellent service.

I did go for the extended service and I can hope that the service dept. will be close to as good as an experience as I have had so far. I picked up my tags just a couple days ago and the customer service window woman was also a pleasure to deal with

I was very skeptical about the "WOW" price advertisements, but when the online sales rep sent me the price I really did say, WOW! When I went the next day to test drive and purchase the vehicle, I was met at the door and was quickly helped. My sales rep Matt was accommodating and very knowledgeable about the features of the car and we had a pleasant conversation while on the test drive. The Finance guy was excellent. He was able to explain the value of some of the add-on services and there was no high pressure maneuvering on his part. I even learned why dealerships still use 25 year old dot-matrix printers. From step one to driving away Koons Ford Baltimore exceed all my expectations and made this my first pleasant car buying experience.
