Steve Romolino, made the difference to my experience. Steve was my used car salesperson. He was informative without being overbearing. I never felt like I was being "sold" something. Instead I was shopping and he was availabe to answer questions and show me the features of the cars. The dealership is impressive. Everyone is very friendly. The service department has an Express Lane for oil changes with no appintment required and there is a quaint little cafe if the waiting area with sandwiches and cookies and coffee. Very comfortable place.

when we asked for a car we had seen online, the salesperson went out of his way to get it, one of the sales people had been driving it. However sales and Finance was hard to understand and did not explain every thing.and also tried to finance through a bank with a 2% higher rate that our bank9 that we were pre-approved with.
