Came in to get my first oil change for my car. As soon as I pulled in they started to help and get my in and out as fast as they could. They made sure that my car was in the best condition possible and make sure I don’t need any other serious service issues.

My name is Mario Tocco and i had the worst experience in 26 years, after we had a deal all set and ready to deliver my new truck and had the insurance transferred, Sherry Hart and her Manager asked me to contact Chrysler Capital and extend the lease for 60 days after they already asked me to extend for 30 days, i said no and she said then i cannot do the deal. i could not believe after 5 days of communicating back and forth she backed out. i had to transfer the insurance back, i have no desire of ever do business with Sherry Hart and her Management team, they are not service oriented at all, i have been leasing ram trucks the last 12 years and 14 years with Ford, i will continue to lease Ram trucks but not through them

After shopping around to what seems to be hundreds of dealerships, I knew Pete Moreau was a good one the moment I spoke with him! He treated me like a client, not some chick (Yes, I pulled the necessary V[ag]-Card). Got me pricing and made the necessary updates to put me into a bad xxx truck! Great customer service; he absolutely went above and beyond. I will recommend him 100 times over compared to any one else I've spoken with just this week. I sincerely appreciate the work Pete put into my brother and I and I will be back for sure!
