Milosch's Palace Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

The service that I received on Saturday was wonderful. the guys very nice, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I appreciated the A+ service received, and will be bringing my vehicle back, and when I am ready to purchase a new , I will be buying from Milosch's as well.

I was going to purchase a second vehicle from this dealership and walked out feeling pressured into buying a vehicle that was above my needs. I was told they did not have a lower end vehicle for me to view and that I would not be satisfied with it. After shopping another dealership, I found not only did they have the vehicle that I requested to look at, they also gave me twice as much for my trade in and a much better price on the vehicle. So much for customer loyalty at this dealership.

I bought a certified used car from Dave in Used Cars. He describe the car accurately, and didn't pressure us when we came in for our appointment. We financed the car that day at the dealership, and that went smooth also.

Bought a truck here that I found on cars.com. Was a little nervous about driving to Detroit from Cincinnati after wasting my time and money looking at another dealer in Indianapolis. The used car salesman Steve, was very helpful and honest. He assured me that I would not be disappointed in the truck. I arrived at the dealership Monday morning, the truck was ready to go and was in better condition than I expected! I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from them!

Called the day before as I was a far distance away. I asked that they would have the Jeep ready. When I got there the Jeep was not nor were they sure where it was. I have no interest in buying a jeep with the customer service I received.

Found a good used car only 7 mos old here and they said it would be ready in two days. They were to put heat in the two front seats and clean up spots on the carpet. When we saw the car the body was in perfect condition. When we went to pick it up someone had put a ding in the drivers door and they ran it to the body shop and slapped on touch up paint before we got there. It looked terrible! Told them to fix it right (they have to paint the whole door now) could not get an appointment for over a week. So we have to take it back. This dealer is about an hour from us. They compensated us with one oil change. Not very customer friendly or accommodating. Cheesy!

Moilosch worked on my truck 4 times the oil leak just leaked more!!!

I had such a great experience with Steve Romolino, he was able to find me exactly what i was looking for and was able to get me in my new jeep fast! he didn't rush or push me,and was very understanding that i was a first time buyer and made sure to be very thorough. it was nice to be treated like family and we were even able to share some personal stories along the way! it's unfortunate that car shopping doesnt get done as often as groceries, i'd love to do business with him and his awesome team again soon!
