Not interested in me or my car's problem
I stopped in the service bay at a non-peak time, only car in the bay. Told the write up guy the accessories compartment on my center console was jammed close, and I read online there was a "trick" to force it back open....could they help me? Guy kept me waiting for 10 minutes while he sat there shuffling papers, then he left to "find a technician". I waited 10 more minutes and nobody came back, so I left. If he didn't have time for this request, he should have told me right from the get go.

Great experience as always!
I was at the Prestige Cadillac body shop this time to get the damages fixed and like always, they did a great job fixing it and made it look like brand new! Thanks and keep up the good work!

Great Service
I arrived at prestige about 7:45 AM they serviced my car right away there was no waiting, everyone was friendly and extremely nice they offered me coffee and donuts they fixed my car then wash my car just excellent excellent customer service. Mike is the BEST.

Great service
My vehicle was ready on time. Everybody was very helpful and pleasant. Brian Krupp, the finance Manager, is really the reason I keep coming back. He is always friendly and I like the funny ties he wears.

My Experience with Prestige Cadillac
My experience with Prestige Cadillac has always been extremely positive since the first time my husband and I walked through the door and met sales consultant Jim Hanley in January, 2015. Since that time we have purchased 2 cars from him. This was our second experience with the service department and I have found them to be very responsive and accommodating.
