We had a terrific experience with Wyler Cadillac. John Reed was our salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable - he know his product. He gave one of the most detailed tutorials on the SRX to my wife and me. And, he followed up promptly on everything. We took our time to make the decision which included visiting other dealers to test drive other cars and and never felt pressured by John, he was patient and helpful at every contact.

I visited Jeff Wyler Fairfield to checkout the Nissan Xterra. I was shown the cars by John Reed who was very patient as I took my time looking over the various features and setting up a test drive. John was determined that I would get the vehicle at the price I desired and made it happen, Overall, my experience with all the employees I dealt with at this dealership was excellent.

I leased a Nissan Altima and my lease was for 39 months. On November the 28 I was going to leave work on my lunch hour my car would not start. The lease was due to expire on Friday November 30. I had to have it towed to the Nissan dealer on route 4 in Fairfield OH. I was told it was going to cost me around $800.00 to fix the car. They didn't have the part in stock. I told them to call me when it was done so we could settle. The car wasn't done until December the 5th. And it cost me $900.00 and I was told because it was on the lot they were not going to charge me the turn in late fee. I have read all over the Internet that the 2007 cars was having the same problem of the keyless starts. This car should have been recalled and I should NOT have to pay but I did. This problem is a manufacture problem and not my fault of abusing the car. We had to set in the waiting room for along time until someone could help us turn the car in because the finance manager was out. Finally we got someone to help. This was the worse experience I have ever had leasing a car. I have leased 4 other vehicles and had no other problems. I will NEAVER LEASE OR BUY A NISSAN AGAIN. I have told several of my friends and they are shocked that a dealer ship would treat us that way. Everyone I talked to said that wasn't there department. I guess no one takes ownership in the Nissan problems. I guess it is everyone fore himself. I will make sure that everyone I talk to will know how I have been treated from nissan!

I went online to get a trade in value on my car. I was contacted by Arif and scheduled an appointment the following Sunday. Arif was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he show me. We test drove a beautiful silver Nissan Altima and I knew then I wanted this car. I let Arif know what I wanted my monthly payments to be. Arif and Selwyn worked to get me the car I now love drive and my monthly payments are less than what I was paying on my trade in. Yes I will recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan to all my family and friends.

2012 CTS
Stopped by dealer to look at 2013 ATS Cadillac. Happened to meet John Reed while inside shoeroomm. John pointed out specials that were running on 2012 CTS. John worked really hard to present my offer to mannaggement and I did drive new CTS of the lot.I dont think that anyone but John could have sold me a new car on that day. John made the buying experience enjoyable.

No one dislikes buying a car more than I do. I drive a car until it MUST be replaced. Next time I need to buy a car, I am going back to Jeff Wyler to see John. I won't bore you with a long review, but I will tell you that they went way beyond what anyone needed to do to make me happy. I have no problem telling my family, friends, and coworkers to go to Jeff Wyler in Fairfield for their cars.
