Didn't even bother to let me know if vehicle was available, nor any info about trade that hadI supplied info for as requested Pretty pathetic!

I had a fantastic sales man Christian W.

I had a fantastic sales man Christian W. and Tara Barnett that handled the financing were professionals. Great experience with all matters when purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone in that store seemed to enjoy their positions. When I would walk outside, someone would open the door. Simple things that go along way. The timeframe for picking the car, the finance went smooth and seemed quicker that what I have experienced in past car purchases. Tara actually called me back in as there were some oversights on the loan app. Payment was reduced by 50.00. The only downfall is I cannot use the KIA app. There were issues. I hope Christian will follow up with me and he owes me a tank of gas. LOL

Bait and switch ad.

Bait and switch ad. Checked and was told car was available. Drove an hour to view the car. Was told car was not on the lot. They pushed over priced used cars and new cars for 15K more than the one I scheduled to view. I walked out.

Tyrome was absolutely amazing at helping me get my

Tyrome was absolutely amazing at helping me get my Optima. He was very patient, professional and personable which made the process when dealing with him great. Finance on the other hand was horrible. It is my own fault, I admit for not catching it sooner but I ended up getting 500 less for my trade than they originally promised me due to a warranty pricing issue on the new car. Instead of being shady, ya’ll should try some ethical business practices for your customers and be upfront so you keep repeated customers. This is my warning to anyone looking to buy a car from them to read every single number on those papers and not make my mistake. Won’t be buying from here again or recommending them, even though Tyrome was amazing to work with.

Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia has the friendliest and nicest staff I have ever dealt with while purchasing a vehicle! All the makes and models my wife and I were looking at ALL in one location. We called to verify the car we wanted was there, got confirmation it was and we were on our way! The car we called about was pulled up front waiting for us when we got there! We were greeted with nothing but smiles from everyone. It was such a fantastic experience. I cannot THANK the Sales team and Managers enough. I will be back, I'm a customer for life!

This dealership is dishonest in their pricing.

This dealership is dishonest in their pricing. They advertise a certified Nissan Rogue for around $24,000 and then when I called wanted to charge me an additional $2,000 for the certification!!! Why not advertise it for $26,000 certified or $24,000 non-certified.

This was my first car purchase in 18 years.

This was my first car purchase in 18 years. Chrystian and manager Ryan did a great job of explaining every step of the way. They worked with use to get to the price point I needed. I’ll consider using them again!

Posted a car for sale.

Posted a car for sale...classic bait and switch....car never seems to be available for some weird lame reasons. Waste of time..so long Wyler...we won't as a family be buying from you guys again. I suppose this is what happens without competition.

The Cadillac I bought had scratches everywhere.

The Cadillac I bought had scratches everywhere. Cupholder was dirty. Definitely not a great experience picking up my new vehicle.
