DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!! Over the past 6 years my husband and I and my son purchased 3, 2015 Kias. 2 Optima’s and a Sportage. Over the last 3 years ALL of the motors blew. The Sportage was not covered but they had a motor so we paid 2500 to fix it. One of the Optima’s was covered so there was no cost. In those situations, no paperwork showing oil changes was requested. This past March, the Optima my son purchased, motor blew. Had it towed to Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield, where we bought all the cars and had the other tow fixed. Finally in July they ask my son for oil change paperwork. He provided them with 5 YEARS of on time oil changes with only 1 missing from 2020! Well as we all know, nothing was open then due to COVID! My husband did the oil changes! So at this point they have had his car for nearly 5 months just to tell him they can’t fix it! Even better, they tell him they are towing cars off their lot next week! So the car was fine to sit there for nearly 5 months with them doing nothing but now he better get it this week or they are towing it. ALSO, they have the nerve to try to charge him $250 for the tests they ran. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE to have 3 cars bought from the same lot and all of the motors blow! We will be contacting Kia’s Corporate Offuce to file a complaint and the Attorney Generals office due to the absurd amount of time they had the vehicle without performing needed diagnostic tests and having no updates over the nearly 5 month period of time they had the car!

I didn't end up buying one. Shipping costs were too costly. The staff seemed friendly

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Salesman Kevin Hyde is professional and straight-forward, listened to what I had in mind, no pressure, funny, and kind. I didn't have to be concerned that he would say one thing and do something different or give me a bunch of b.s. like at some places I went to. Tara in financing also very helpful, explained everything clearly and was willing to negotiate on a few things. Clearly, Tania, the manager, runs a good ship! I highly recommend this dealership.

Terrible.

Terrible. Dealer added $2000 in extra "shipping" fees for a car I was driving from Cols. to Cincy to pick up. They low-balled the price on their website, and added fees. Buyer beware!

They absolutely helped out the best i went to 3 other dealerships before arriving expecting the same, and they switched my whole view on buying a vehicle i’m so happy with them and will be coming back!
