I started my experience on a whim by browsing online and...

I started my experience on a whim by browsing online and sending an email after hours . I was contacted almost first thing the next morning , I explained my awful credit ,my hopes in a vehicle and that I had been to other dealers that due to my credit couldn't help get me into a new / used car. At Jeff Wyler I was not only put in a car I love with a decent price for my credit and a fantastic warranty I was so impressed with the amount of time and the effort the staff put into helping me get financed . My experience was GREAT AND SO IS MY 2010 KIA SOUL !

Came in just hoping to test drive two different models...

Came in just hoping to test drive two different models and walked out with a brand new car! Ciara was very professional and friendly and was willing to work with me to make sure that I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a price that was within my budget. After my great experience with Ciara I worked with Tim Spradlin in finance (who got me a great rate on my loan) to sign all the finance papers and contracts. He was very friendly and helpful. Finally, after everything was done Brent Meyer took me out to my new car and made sure I understood all of the options that were installed on the vehicle and he made sure I knew how to work all of the technology features. This was my first new car buying experience and I could not have left more pleased with the service that I received from these three people. I will definitely be recommending them to any friends or family looking to make a car purchase in the near future.

I BOUGHT A NEW DODGE AVENGER SAT I ASKED LATER I COULDNT UNDERSTAND WHY THE SALESMAN DUANE CLAYTON DIDN'T GO GET ANOTHER CUSTUMER AFTER WE MADE THE DEAL .IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE SALESMAN STAYS WITH YOU TILL YOU ARE READY TO DRIVE HOME IN YOURE NEW CAR.I THINK THAT IS A GREAT WAY TO DO BUSNESS THANKS FOR A GREAT SHOPPING EXSPERIANCE.

Price was right, service leading up to the sale was...

Price was right, service leading up to the sale was excellent. As soon as I signed the paperwork is when the problems began. First they lost our driver licenses and hounded us until they got them. No big deal, it happens. Then I check the back up key and it does not work. Stop by Toyota and get a new battery, still does not work. Set an appointment to get the key reprogrammed, then told they gave me the wrong key? Call Ken twice and left a message, no response... Not how you are supposed to do business!! Today Justin Roberts called because they needed another copy of my DL, guess the one I sent was an old dl, opps. Justin promised to work on the key next week. Guess I will give them one more chance to get it right.

Great service, plethora of cars

"Big Joe" was very helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Jeep Wranglers, and worked with my family to find the most suitable Wrangler at the most suitable price. Although my family lives in Liberty Township, we chose to buy our next Jeep from Jeff Wyler Auto Mall due to the genuine interest and helpfulness of Mr. Wildermuth. I had called many dealers in the area before choosing one and chose Jeff Wyler Auto Mall and Mr. Wildermurth as a result of his interest. All the other dealers in the area were short and rude on the phone. After spending most of the day at the dealer working out different makes and models of Wranglers, test driving multiple out of the many on the lot, and talking pricing, I was able to drive home in the perfect Jeep Wrangler at a price that everyone was pleased with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep (or any other make of vehicle they sell) in the greater Cincinnati area. The number of cars they had on lot for multiple makes and models was very impressive and helpful when deciding what to buy.

i have given a perfect rating because this is a very good and friendly dealership. Troy McHenry and Derrick Davis did everything they could to keep me comfortable while i was there and they even took the time to show me how to work everything in the car and to make sure i was happy with the car. We were extremely leased with Steve Swaynie's professionalism.
