CRV oil change

Very fast and courteous service! Brought my car in at 4 PM and they performed the maintenance needed and finished by 5. I was very impressed with how quickly they got done with the work since it was so late in the day.

A+++ Service

Went in there with my 2004 dodge ram that had engine knock problems looking for a reliable reasonably priced sedan my credit is shaky at best and Scott and the finance team did everything they could up to staying 2 hours past closing time to get me in my new 2012 Honda Civic best dealership I've worked with yet very knowledgeable I didn't feel rushed or bullied into buying a car or trading my truck in best experience I've had yet thank you again Scott.

Happy Customer for life.

I was looking for a new car with great gas mileage. I have a hard time understanding what to look for , I knew I wanted something sporty and sleek just like my previous car . Brenda helped me find the right car at the right price, Not like other places who will put you in a car you really don't want at a price you can't afford . She listened to me and cared about getting me what I want and need . I will be a customer fo life.

Christmas surprise went fantastic

We worked with Chad Jasper on a Christmas surprise for our son. Chad was wonderful and bent over backwards to make this a memorable event. The price was right and even though he offered extras, there was no pressure sales. This is our 3rd vehicle we bought from Jeff Wyler Florence in the past 15 years and the service department is fantastic as well.

Brenda and the staff was so helpful, I have a hard time finding anything i like . Brenda spent hours with me finding the right car at the right price. Other dealerships try to put you in a car you ca'nt afford and one you really did'nt want Not this place , Brenda was awesome and I drove away with a really awesome ride I can afford. Shawn and staff were great in helping my wife and I find a nice used Honda for our daughter. We test drove several cars, they were patient and accommodated though the whole process, great experience.

Bad Vehicle

Just 3 months ago I purchased a used car from this dealership. It's an 09 Pontiac G6. It had 103k miles on it. According to them, this is the only car I could get financed. I was in a bad situation so I went with it. I wasn't going to pay more than $300 a month for a car with over 100 miles. They brought 4 different people out to talk to me as to why I couldn't get it under $300 per month I was ready to leave. Then finally they made it happen. I was happy to have a car at a reasonable price. However, after putting about 4k miles on it since, it has broken down. They were friendly and seemed genuine, but obviously gave me a crap car. I would never buy from these people or recommend them to anyone. Please stay away.

We are sorry you were not pleased with your experience at our dealership. Vehicles with over 100,000 miles on them are not covered by any manufacturer's warranty or any dealer warranty. Those vehicles are sold in " As-Is" condition and the consumer even signs a form stating they are aware of this. We are sorry for your negative experience with your vehicle but, unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to the vehicle once it has been purchased. Thank you for your feedback.

When the lease on my current Honda CR-V was up it was without a doubt I wanted another CR-V and through Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. I live in Milford and will make the trip just because of the great experience I had with this dealership the first time around. I even took it back to Florence for regular routine maintenance and the service department was awesome. It was also without doubt I would go straight back to my salesperson Brenda Williams. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, informative, professional and goes out of her way to make the entire experience a pleasant one. The first time I leased she tracked down the exact car and color I wanted so I knew she would be the same salesperson I would revisit. Once again she made sure I had the exact car I wanted and then took the time to show me all the new features it had to offer. If she didn't know the answer to a question I had about the car or lease she was quick to get the answer. Overall great experience and dealership!
