Recall items on used 2008 Odyssey

We bought a used Odyssey (not from Jeff Wyler), took it in to have some recall items done and we were treated like family. Very friendly and professional. Ask for Matt B great guy to work with.

wonderful experience

They were so friendly, and helpful. Shawn Mcgreevy is the best, I would go to him again and again. HHe wasn't willing for us to settle, he went above and beyond yo help us. Thank you soo much

Mike is the only car salesman you'll ever need.

Old car catastrophically died on Monday. Mike sold me a new car on Tuesday! It helped that I had done my research, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay when I walked in the door. Mike didn't make me haggle or jump through all the stupid hoops that other sales people make women experience. He took me at my word, got my price, worked out the details and sent me home as a happy new Honda owner. Couldn't be more happy with his customer service.

Awesome!

We came back to Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence becasue we had a great experience the first we bought a car from them in 2012. Once again they were a pleasure to work with. They listened to our needs and graciously accommodated us. We will definitely go there again when we are ready to buy our third CRV.

Wonderful Saturday Experience

As we walked into the Jeff Wyler Honda sales room, Eric approached to us with full of smile and kindness in his face and we felt very comfortable with him right away. When my wife asked him to give a test drive, he was willing to drive a car for us and we really enjoyed it twice with different cars. During the drive, we got close with each other as we not only share opinions about cars and technology but also about families and neighborhoods. He was very kind and polite even to my daughter, a new owner of the car, who was very satisfied with his service and hospitality. We were also satisfied with the dealing process and even with the price, warranty and finances. Great experience

Best Experience buying a vehicle

Marty provided Excellent customer service and as someone who works in the customer service field, that is a very important aspect of making any kind of purchase. Marty took the time to understand my situation and what I was looking for in a car. He also took the time to explain what my options were and worked deligently to get me the best car and deal for my situation. As a return customer of Honda this was an outstanding experience, the best I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.

My husband received a letter from Jeff Wyler Honda offering us the opportunity to look for a pre-owned vehicle and help with recovery on our credit. At first glance, I was unsure if this was a legitimate offer but after reading the letter we felt this was a good chance to get us back on our feet with a better vehicle. We completed the online info and made an appointment. The staff at Jeff Wyler Honda was so friendly and willing to help us out, especially Shawn McGreevy who was our sales consultant. Shawn, took great care to complete all the application info, get financing and find a car that fit our need and budget. We were all taken care of and left with a very clean and well taken care of pre-owned Ford Escape with a reasonable payment within 2 hours. We were not expecting to leave with a new to us car but even more so we did not expect such excellent customer service, we were both very impressed with Shawn's attention and care to help us out. We will make sure to recommend Jeff Wyler Honda and especially Shawn to our friends and family.

Awesome buying experience

Sami was hands down the best sales man I've dealt with. He was honest and didn't try to pressure anything. He just told us up front what he could and couldn't do. Because of him i would recommend this dealer to others.
