Cadillac Service Dept is top notch

My CTS-VSport had a recall and needed to be serviced. I didn't make an appointment just drove in, Larry immediately took care of me, got everything ready, and I was off to work early in the AM. Larry is an amazing Service Manager and always treats me with top notch customer service. Larry would lend you his car if he needed to, and he has done so in the past. EdMorse is lucky to have him! EdMorse is the closest dealership to my residence, but even if I didn't live so close, I would still service my vehicle here. Thank you, Domingo Ponce

Great Staff

Having just moved back to Ft Lauderdale after a year in New York City we decided it was time to get my wife a new vehicle. We stopped in to the Ed Morse dealership because of the convenient location just off I-75 near the Sawgrass Mall. We had not looked at Chevy's, in fact I haven't owned a Chevy in over 20 years. We had already looked at everything from Acura's to Smart cars and my wife was becoming less interested by the vehicle. Well when we walked into the showroom and she saw the Chevy Spark our search was over. It is the style and shape she likes, was affordable and has all the bells and whistles from a technology standpoint. She was sold but we still had to deal with a salesperson which can go either way. The good news is, we met Steve Lawrence. Steve has a great demeanor, is eager to help without the aggressiveness and made buying a car from Ed Morse an absolute pleasure. The process was easy, hassle free, handled professionally and a true departure from our past buying experiences at other dealerships. My wife and I are greatful for Steve and the rest of the staff at Ed Morse and look forwards to doing more business with them and Steve in the future.

Todd Rocks Ed Morse Sawgrass Service Dept!

Brought my SRX work and in for oil change and recall work. Once again Todd's service was exemplary! He outfitted me with a complimentary rental car while my car was being serviced. At this point I have to say it is actually a pleasure bringing my car into Ed Morse service. Never thought I would ever think that. Todd Rocks! Thank you

Another great service experience @ Ed Morse Chevy

Another awesome service experience when I brought my 2014 Z/28 in to have a side marker lite bulb on driver side... while I waited ... out in about an hour ( without appointment ) Kudos again to the svc dept !!!

Great Place

I bought a Sonic 2015 and got exactly what I wanted. My salesman Tom Motsis (spelling probably wrong) went all out for me and searched GM inventory to find what I wanted because the model and color I was looking for was not on the premises. He made it so easy, and I went home the same day with my new car.

Excellent No Pressure, Professional Experience

My purchase experience at Ed Morse was about about as good a car buying experience as possible. - The entire process was very easy. - The car was as advertised in excellent shape. - My salesperson treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable asking and getting my questions answered. - I was greeted warmly by everyone I interacted with. - They gave me a very fair deal on my trade. - The financing process was simple and handled in a professional manner. - The promised me free service for 2 years / 24 months and made sure to schedule my first free service appointment before I left the dealership. - They also made me feel welcome to stop by and have my vehicle washed, etc. when I am in the neighborhood. - Feel like they are "my dealership". I highly recommend them and would definitely buy another vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass.

Highly Recommended!

I had been looking for a 2015 Cadillac Escalade Premium in the Granite Metalic color. After having had a few trying experiences at some of the competing dealerships, I located a unit at Ed Morse Sawgrass. I was professionally assisted from my first phone call inquiring about the vehicle through driving of the lot with the Vehicle I wanted at a fair deal. It was well worth the drive from my home in the Orlando area to receive the white glove treatment I received from Ken, Dennis, and Tony. I would highly recommend the dealership for anyone who wants to purchase a car in a no nonsense atmosphere with lots of respect.
