Went to purchase a pre-owned truck from Ed Morse Sawgrass

Went to purchase a pre-owned truck from Ed Morse Sawgrass Cheverolet and I decided not to purchase the vehicle and thanked the seller for assisting me and went to shake his hand and he refused to shake my hand until I acknowledged "Oh you not going to shake my hand." He also lied about the CarFax and said the truck didn't have an accident history. Upon completing purchasing documentation I noticed a police report and accident that had Unknown history. However, the manager was very professional and helpful.

Thank you for the offer, but Elite Motors in Waukegan, IL and Salesman Thomas and Manager Marco sold me an excellent 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 with Elevation and X31 package that included great professional service. Thank you again for the offer take care.

Absolute worse experience ever.

Absolute worse experience ever. These people do not care about customer service what so ever. Disgusted by the level of disrespect received from this place, nobody here is helpful or willing to give direction on how to fix service issues they create.

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided.

Absolutely disgusted with the service provided. Good luck getting anyone here including managers to do anything to help you fix a problem they created. Every time my vehicle is serviced, something else magically goes wrong and I have to bring the car back 2-3 additional times following a simple oil change. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND SANITY; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Customer service is a negative experience. -5 stars Good Luck getting a call Back! If you have the unfortunate experience getting GIA Rodriguez she will NOT return your calls if your lucky a quick text Maybe. Going on 3 days of continuous calling with Zero response and that’s just an initial purchase inquiry. Expect the worst possible experience with being negotiable and be prepared for a $999 dealer fee plus $1,250 reconditioning profit for the dealership. Sales manager Randy did reach out on the 3rd day to say they’d discount $500 off their $2,250 markup. RUN and KEEP RUNNING AWAY from ED Morse Chevrolet!!!
