My BRAKE LIGHT and ABS LIGHT have been on going on two
My BRAKE LIGHT and ABS LIGHT have been on going on two years. Ed Morse can’t find anyone who makes the part. How does that even happen? Who does that? I was told That I would get a call last year in April, no call so I called in May was told they were still trying to find someone who makes the part. Brakes are nothing to play around with, it’s clear they don’t card. Why would I recommend this dealership I selected NO but it would not allow me to submit unless I said yes, whatever Ed Morse, whatever.

Good overall buying experience
Everyone was friendly and helpful and I got very fair terms on the transaction. Entire staff (finance/ title transfer etc) worked hard to get this done.

Positive experience
The best thing about my experience was the fluidity. There were no gaps in service and the dealership did not waste my time. I visited other dealerships before driving 90 minutes from my home to Ed Morse. Both of the dealerships wasted my time and were unprofessional. Gia made the appointment via my internet inquiry. The appointment was with another salesman, but thank goodness James Jackson was at the desk when I walked in. James was friendly, attentive, and expedient. James did not pass me off to anyone else and did not try to "sell me". He met me where I was in my process, answered my questions, and provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. I believe if I had chosen not to move forward with the purchase James' energy would not have changed. He would have still been kind and as helpful as possible. James sealed the deal simply on his approach and personality. He definitely deserves a 10 on your rating scale.
