I have never had a terrible experience with Mercedes-Benz until now. From the start it seemed like Autobahn Motors Employees were not interested in selling the vehicle i kept calling them about. Took 3 days for them to finally send me the purchase order, then after I told them I had a 3 hour drive so I wanted to make sure everything was in order to make the process as quick as possible. Told them the day I would be picking up the car and they did not have it ready. Had to wait for them to put it through the wash, gave it to me with no charge, 1/4 tank of gas and 1 of the keys battery low. Will never go back.

Great profilers. They know if you’re ignorant & naive to purchasing vehicles. They’ll upsell while being borderline rude when you ask questions about fishy situations about the vehicle that’s on paper.

Great customer service. I was welcomed and treated like a king throughout the process. Coco, invited me to test drive a brand new G wagon, a $200,000 car, without knowing if I can afford it or not. Thank you for not judging and giving us the opportunity to buy our firstG Wagon.

I recently purchased a car from Autobahn Motor in Belmont, and while I was initially excited about the purchase, the experience with their finance manager completely soured the process. From the start, the finance manager was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. They seemed more focused on pushing unnecessary add-ons, like extended warranties and service packages, than actually helping me secure a loan that fit my budget. Every time I declined one of their offers, they became increasingly pushy and condescending, making the entire interaction incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they were not transparent about the loan terms. They rushed me through the paperwork and didn’t take the time to explain critical details like the interest rate or loan duration. I later discovered hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me rather than providing honest, straightforward advice. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers are making such a significant financial commitment. I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead, I felt misled and pressured. If you’re considering buying a car from Autobahn, be extremely cautious when dealing with their finance department. Better yet, take your business somewhere else where integrity and customer service are prioritized.
