Buying a Tesla from a Mercedes dealership was the worst decision ever. The dealership was shady from the start—completely disorganized, with zero communication. I had to chase them for updates constantly, and when they did respond, it was vague and misleading. They couldn’t even answer basic questions about the vehicle or paperwork. Worse, they tried sneaking in a broken window at the last minute. It was an absolute inconvenience having to drive three hours back to the dealership to get my Tesla fixed after they lied to me about its condition. The fact that I had to waste an entire day, take off work 2 different days and spend more money on a trip that could’ve been avoided if they’d been honest from the start is beyond frustrating. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability turned a simple purchase into a huge headache. It’s clear this dealership doesn’t know how to handle Tesla sales, and they don’t care about their customers once they’ve got your money. Avoid this place like the plague if you don’t want to get ripped off or stuck dealing with shady, incompetent people. What a nightmare!

My wife and I visited Autobahn Motors inquiring about a used car. The first person that greeted us was Vikram Giroh. He represented the dealership with incredible warmth, sincerity and knowledge. As we spent some time talking to him we decided to buy a new SUV. The dealership was so wonderful we went back the next day and purchased a second car. The combination of Vikram and especially Stan Mojaisky the General Sales Manager was a first class experience.
